Abstract
ABSTRAK Pendidikan abad 21 menuntut peserta didik memiliki kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Pendidik harus mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Pendidik terlalu sibuk mempersiapkan administrasi pembelajaran. Educators must be able to enhance the quality of learning. Educators are too busy preparing learning administration. This research aims to develop a product in the form of HOTS question instruments based on the Quizizz application for the topic of quantities and measurements in 10th grade, analyze the cognitive levels of the HOTS instrument, and to assess the feasibility, reliability, and student responses to the developed product. This research was conducted using the R&D method with the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques involved validation sheets and student response questionnaires. For the percentage of the expert validation stage, the content expert showed a feasibility score of 83.3%, the evaluation expert showed a feasibility score of 95.5%, and the media expert gave a feasibility score of 92.2%. The scores from all validators totaled 90%, with the criteria of 'Very Feasible'. Regarding the construct validity of the test items, there are 30 multiple-choice questions with two options categorized as valid, and 20 essay questions also categorized as valid. The reliability test for the multiple-choice questions yielded a score of 0.94, categorized as 'Very High', while the reliability test for the essay questions scored 0.84, also categorized as 'Very High'. The overall results from the responses of several students indicate an 84% rating, classified as 'Very Interesting'. Therefore, it can be concluded that the High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Instrument Based on the Quizizz Application for Measurement Material in Grade 10 is very suitable for use.
