Abstract
ABSTRAK Hubungan Antara Perceived Supervisor Support dan Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Emotional Labor Pada Wiraniaga di Toko Kosmetik Oleh: Agus Min Chandra Wijaya Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh wiraniaga toko kosmetik maka emotional labor pada kayawan harus diperhatikan. Emotional labor akan tinggi jika kebutuhan wiraniaga dapat tercapai dan membuat wiraniaga merasa semakin nyaman dengan pekerjaannya. Salah satu cara untuk dapat meningkatkan emotional labor pada wiraniaga toko kosmetik ialah dengan adanya perceived supervisor support dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dengan emotional labor pada wiraniaga, menganalisis hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan emotional labor pada wiraniaga, dan menganalisis hubungan antara perceived supervisor support dan kepuasan kerja dengan emotional labor pada wiraniaga. Penelitian ini memiliki populasi yaitu wiraniaga toko kosmetik topshop Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 93 wiraniaga dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Skala yang digunakan terdapat tiga yaitu skala emotional labor dengan 35 aitem (α = 0,880), skala perceived supervisor support dengan 31 aitem (α = 0,818), dan skala kepuasan kerja dengan 37 aitem (α = 0,905). Perhitungan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS version 27.0 for windows. Hasil yang didapat dari perhitungan analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi product moment yaitu hipotesis pertama didapatkan nilai R = 0,494 dan F = 14,512 dengan taraf signifikasi p < 0,01 yang berarti hipotesis diterima, adanya hubungan signifikan antara perceived supervisor support dan kepuasan kerja dengan emotional labor pada wiraniaga topshop Lampung. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan variabel perceived supervisor support dan kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel emotional labor sebesar 24,4%. Hipotesis kedua didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,398 dan p < 0,001 yang berarti hipotesis diterima, ada hubungan positif signifikan antara perceived supervisor support dengan emotional labor pada wiraniaga dan sumbangan efektif perceived supervisor support terhadap emotional labor sebesar 13,2%. Hipotesis ketiga didapatkan nilai koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,374 dan p < 0.01 yang berarti hipotesis diterima, ada hubungan positif signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan emotional labor pada wiraniaga dan sumbangan efektif kepuasan kerja terhadap emotional labor sebesar 11,2%. ABSTRACT The Relationship Between Perceived Supervisor Support and Job Satisfaction with Emotional Labor in Salespeople in Cosmetic Stores By: Agus Min Chandra Wijaya In an effort to improve the quality of service provided by cosmetic shop salespeople, the emotional labor of employees must be considered. Emotional labor will be high if the salesperson's needs can be achieved and make the salesperson feel more comfortable with their work. One way to increase the emotional labor of cosmetic shop salespeople is by having perceived supervisor support and job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the relationship between perceived supervisor support and emotional labor in salespeople, analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and emotional labor in salespeople, and analyze the relationship between perceived supervisor support and job satisfaction and emotional labor in salespeople. This research has a population, namely salespeople at Topshop Lampung cosmetics stores. The sample used in the research was 93 salespeople using the Total Sampling sampling technique. There are three scales used, namely the emotional labor scale with 35 items (α = 0.880), the perceived supervisor support scale with 31 items (α = 0.818), and the job satisfaction scale with 37 items (α = 0.905). Data analysis calculations in this research used SPSS software version 27.0 for Windows. The results obtained from calculating multiple regression analysis and product moment correlation, namely the first hypothesis, obtained a value of R = 0.494 and F = 14.512 with a significance level of p < 0.01, which means the hypothesis is accepted, there is a significant relationship between perceived supervisor support and job satisfaction and emotional labor. to the Topshop Lampung salesperson. The effective contribution given by the perceived supervisor support and job satisfaction variables to the emotional labor variable is 24.4%. The second hypothesis obtained a correlation coefficient value of rx1y = 0.398 and p < 0.001, which means the hypothesis is accepted, there is a significant positive relationship between perceived supervisor support and emotional labor in salespeople and the effective contribution of perceived supervisor support to emotional labor is 13.2%. The third hypothesis obtained a correlation coefficient value of rx2y = 0.374 and p < 0.01, which means the hypothesis is accepted, there is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and emotional labor in salespeople and the effective contribution of job satisfaction to emotional labor is 11.2%.
