Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masalah yang penulis temukan di SMK Islam YPI 2 Way Jepara yaitu minimnya pemahaman tentang kematangan karir pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation dengan uji kelayakan oleh validasi ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, angket respon pendidik dan peserta didik serta angket pemahaman tentang kematangan karir. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persentase ahli media sebesar 93% dan ahli materi sebesar 90%, serta ahli bahasa sebesar 87%, kategori sangat layak. Sementara hasil angket respon pendidik sebesar 89% dan peserta didik 91% kategori sangat menarik. Dengan demikian media komik nyak ceghdas layak digunakan dan disebar luaskan. Dan dari hasil pre-test post-test, penyebaran angket pemahaman tentang kematangan karir memperoleh nilai Asymp Sig.0.000 < 0.005 dengan uji Wilcoxon yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang kematangan karir peserta didik. Kata kunci : kematangan karir, komik nyak ceghdas, media bimbingan konseling. ii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problems that the author found at SMK Islam YPI 2 Way Jepara, namely the lack of understanding of career maturity in students. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation with feasibility testing by validating material experts, media experts, linguists, educator and learner response questionnaires and understanding questionnaires about career maturity. From the results of this studies, it was found that the percentage of media experts was 93% and material experts was 90%, and linguists were 87%, the category was very feasible. While the results of the questionnaire response of educators were 89% and students 91%, the category was very interesting. Thus, nyak ceghdas comic media is suitable for use and dissemination. And from the results of the pre-test post-test, the distribution of the questionnaire understanding of career maturity obtained an Asymp Sig.0.000 <0.005 value with the Wilcoxon test which stated that there was a significant effect on understanding the career maturity of students.
