Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan halal serta haram bagi umat muslim sangatlah penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di era modern saat ini, umat manusia dihadapi persoalan mengenai terdapat banyaknya jenis produk-produk yang beredar di pasar khususnya adalah makanan. Sebagai umat muslim tentu akan sejalan dengan ajaran Islam, memanfaatkan suatu produk sebelum menggunakannya tentu saja harus sudah terjamin kehalalan dan kesuciannya Salah satu perwujudan dari seorang hamba atas rasa syukur dan keimanan kepada Allah SWT. dengan tidak berhati-hati dalam mengkonsumsi sesuatu harus dijamin kehalalannya dan tidak mengkonsumsi yang haram seperti mengikuti ajaran syaitan. Perilaku mengkonsumsi sesuatu yang haram menyebabkan segala amal ibadah yang dilakukan umat muslim tidak diterima oleh Allah SWT. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang secara menyeluruh terhadap suatu objek. Tujuan utama penelitian kualitatif adalah memahami fenomena atau gejala sosial yang terjadi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini fungsi manajemen KUA Langkapura Bandar Lampung dalam menentukan label halal pada sebuah produk melibatkan beberapa kelembagaan, yakni; Kementrian/lembaga (K/L), Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH), Lembaga Pemeriksa Halal (LPH), dan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). Proes sertifikasi halal di KUA Langkapura dilakukan oleh Pendamping Proses Produk Halal yang menjalankan fungsinya. sebagai pendamping bagi Masyarakat yang ingin melakukan sertifikasi produk halal dan memberikam jaminan produk halal melalui proses produk halal., sebagai pengawas dan melakukan verifikasi dalam proses produk halal. Persyaratan sebuah produk dalam proses sertifikasi halal yang dilakukan KUA Langkapura Bandar Lampung tentu saja sesuai dengan halal menurut syari’at Islam di mana halal zatnya, halal memperolehnya, halal memprosesnya, halal pemyimpanannya, halal pengangkutannya, dan halal dalam penyajiannya. iii ABSTRAK The problem of halal and haram for Muslims is very important in everyday life. In today's modern era, mankind faces the question of how many kinds of products are in circulation on the market, especially food. It is true that Allah is the One who gives thanks to his servant, and he is not the one who gives his blessing, but he is the one whose blessing is the blessing of Allah. It is not acceptable for the Muslims to consume something that is unlawful. This research uses primary and secondary data collection techniques. This type of research is field research. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The primary purpose of qualitative research is to understand the social phenomena or symptoms that occur. The results of this study are the management functions of KUA Langkapura Bandar Lampung in determining halal labels on a product involving several institutions, namely the Ministry/agency (K/L), the Organizing Agency for the Guarantee of Halal Products (BPJPH), the Institution for Halal Inspection (LPH), and the Indonesian Civil Assembly. (MUI). The proceeds of halal certification at KUA Langkapura are carried out by the Halal Product Process Associates who perform their functions. as an associate for the society who wants to do halal product certification and guarantee halal product through the halal product process, as a supervisor, and perform verification in the process of halal product. The requirements of a product in the process of halal certification conducted by KUA Langkapura Bandar Lampung are of course consistent with halal according to Islamic Shariah, where halal the substance, halal obtained it, halal processed, halal storage, halal transportation, and halal in its presentation.
