Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan merupakan suatu proses multidimensional yang meliputi perubahan dalam struktur sosial, perubahan dalam sikap hidup masyarakat dan perubahan dalam kelembagaan. Dalam proses pembangunan tentunya membutuhkan konversi lahan, baik lahan pertanian, perkebunan maupun konversi lahan lainnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah Pesatnya Pembangunan Infrastruktur dan Konversi Lahan Pertanian Berpengaruh Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dan Bagaimana Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam Terkait Konversi Lahan Pertanian Terhadap Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Way Huwi Kecamatan Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan kuisioner yang kemudian akan dilakukan proses entry data menggunakan program SPSS versi 29. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Secara parsial pembangunan infrastruktur (X1) dan Konversi lahan pertanian (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sosial ekonomi (Y) masyarakat desa Way Huwi. Secara simultan pesatnya pembangunan infrastruktur dan konversi lahan pertanian (X1 dan X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sosial ekonomi (Y) masyarakat desa Way Huwi. Uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ) kedua variable independen menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,718 atau memiliki pengaruh sebesar 71,8%. Sedangkan sisa nya 28,2% dipegaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Pandangan Islam mengenai konversi lahan ini diperbolehkan, selama dalam batas aman atau tidak berlebihan dan tidak menyebabkan kerusakan pada alam sekitar manusia maka boleh mengelola lahan untuk diambil manfaatnya. The development process certainly requires land conversion, both agricultural land, plantations and other land conversions. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Rapid Development of Infrastructure and Agricultural Land Conversion Affects the Socio-Economy of the Community both partially and simultaneously, and How is the Islamic Economic Review of Agricultural Land Conversion on the Socio-Economy of the Way Huwi Village Community, Jati Agung District, South Lampung. This research is quantitative research with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations, and questionnaires which would then be processed using the SPSS version 29 program. The sample used in this study amounted to 125 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially infrastructure development (X1) and agricultural land conversion (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the socio-economy (Y) of the Way Huwi village community. Simultaneously the rapid development of infrastructure and conversion of agricultural land (X1 and X2) has a positive and significant effect on the socio-economy (Y) of the Way Huwi village community. The coefficient of determination (R2) test of the two independent variables shows a value of 0.718 or has an influence of 71.8%. While the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The Islamic view of land conversion is permissible, as long as it is within safe limits or not excessive and does not cause damage to the nature around humans, it is permissible to manage land for its benefits.
