Abstract
ABSTRAK Manajemen Pelatihan merupakan rangkaian proses pelatihan yang dikelola melalui berbagai kegiatan.Pelaksanaan pelatihan internal dilaksanakan dengan sasaran peserta yang sudah merata. Namun, pada pelatihan dari luar, Pelatihan hanya diberikan pada guru tertentu sehingga dapat menyebabkan guru yang tidak mendapat pelatihan khusus tersebut tidak mendapatkan pengetahuan atau kemampuan yang sama. Namun, sekolah memiliki kegiatan pelatihan di mana guru yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan dari luar akan menjadi pemateri di sekolah. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pelatihan di SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber informasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Humas & Sarana Prasarana, dan 2 Guru.Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi, dalam uji keabsahan data penulis menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian manajemen Pelatihan Guru di SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura Bandar Lampung sudah dilakukan dengan baik yang menunjukkan perencanaan pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah analisis kebutuhan kemudian membuat konsep pelatihan meliputi menetapkan tempat, menyusun jadwal, menetapkan materi dan media, menetapkan metode, menetapkan pemateri, dan menghitung biaya.Pengorganisasian pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan tugas atau wewenang kepada tim manajemen, tim cleaning servis operator sekolah, dan guru. Pelaksanaan pelatihan guru di SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura Bandar Lampung dilakukan sesuai dengan apa yang sudah direncanakan. Sekolah mengadakan pelatihan mengenai kurikulum dan agama. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode ceramah dan bermain peran. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diisi dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu presensi, pembukaan, ice breaking dan materi, dan penutupan. Pengawasan dalam pelatihan guru di SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura dilakukan dengan cara monitoring dan evaluasi. Setelah melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi, tim manajemen juga melakukan supervisi setiap persemester. Kata Kunci : Guru, Manajemen Pelatihan. iii ABSTRACT Training Management is a series of training processes that are managed through various activities. Internal training is carried out with an even distribution of target participants. However, in external training, the training is only given to certain teachers, which can result in teachers who do not receive special training not getting the same knowledge or abilities. However, the school has training activities where teachers who have received external training will become presenters at the school. The purpose of this research is to find out how to plan, organize, actuating and organizing training at SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura Bandar Lampung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The sources of information for this research are the Principal, Deputy Principal for Public Relations & Facilities, and 2 Teachers. Data collection methods through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification, in testing the validity of the data the author uses source triangulation. Based on the results of research, the management of Teacher Training at SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura Bandar Lampung has been carried out well, which shows that training planning is a needs analysis, then the will create a training concept including determining the location, preparing a schedule, determining materials and media, determining methods, determining presenters, and calculating costs. Organizing training is carried out by giving tasks or authority to the management team, school operator cleaning service team, and teachers. The actuating of teacher training at SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura Bandar Lampung was carried out according to what had been planned. The school provides training on curriculum and religion. The methods used are lecture and role playing methods. The training implementation consisted of several stages, namely attendance, opening, ice breaking and material, and closing. Controlling in teacher training at SDIT Fitrah Insani Langkapura is carried out by means of monitoring and evaluation. After monitoring and evaluating, the management team also carries out supervision every semester. Keywords: Teacher, Training Management.
