Abstract
ABSTRAK Disetiap perusahaan pastinya sangat memerlukan SDM atau Sumber Daya Manusia, dikarenakan SDM merupakan faktor yamg sangat penting. Agar kegiatan dan aktivitas didalam perusahaan bekerja dengan baik dengan adanya tenaga Sumber Daya Manusia. Selain itu karyawan harus memiliki kompenten di bidang-bidangnya, karena keberhasilan atau tercapainya suatu tujuan perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi dengan terikatknya karyawan atau work engagement. Rumusan Masalah pada penelitian ini apakah work engagement berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, apakah work engagement berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, apakah job satisfaction berpengatuh terhadap turnover intention, apakah job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh work engagement terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dan populasi dalan penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Gen-One PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Raden Intan Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model SEM dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh secara langsung setiap variabel yaitu work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadarp turnover intention, work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan untum hasil uji melewati mediasi diperoleh hasil job satisfaction memediasi work engagement terhadap turnover intention secara Parcial Mediasi. Kata Kunci: Work Engagement, Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction.ABSTRACT Every company definitely really needs HR or Human Resources, because HR is a very important factor. So that activities and activities within the company work well with the presence of Human Resources. Apart from that, employees must be competent in their fields, because the success or achievement of a company goal can be influenced by employee engagement or work engagement. Formulation of the problem in this research is whether work engagement influences turnover intention, whether work engagement influences job satisfaction, whether job satisfaction influences turnover intention, whether job satisfaction mediates the influence of work engagement on turnover intention. This research is quantitative research, and the population in this research is all employees of Gen-One PT Tunas Dwipa Matra Raden Intan Lampung. The sample used in this research was 80 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM model using SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results obtained directly from each variable are that work engagement has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, and for the test results through mediation, the results of job satisfaction mediate. work engagement on turnover intention using Partial Mediation.
