Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Disparitas Pendapatan dan Tingkat Kemiskinan terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota Se-Provinsi Lampung dalam Perspekti Islam tahun 2015-2023 dengan Disparitas Pendapatan dan Kemiskinan sebagai variabel independen dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi sebagai variabel dependen. Disparitas pendapatan diukur menggunakan rasio gini, sementara tingkat kemiskinan diukur berdasarkan persentase penduduk yang hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif. Data sekuender digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa deret berkala yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Melalui analisis Regresi Linier berganda dan Pengujian Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Uji Signifikan Parsial (Uji t) dan Uji Signifikan Simultan (Uji f). penelitian ini berupaya mengidentifikasi hubungan kausal antara ketimpangan pendapatan, kemiskinan, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dalam periode waktu tertentu. Ketimpangan yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan pengurangan investasi dalam sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur, serta menimbulkan ketidakstabilan sosial yang merugikan iklim investasi dan produktivitas. Kemiskinan yang tinggi juga dapat menghambat akses masyarakat terhadap pendidikan dan kesehatan, yang pada gilirannya menurunkan produktivitas tenaga kerja.Oleh karena itu, kebijakan yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan dapat berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya intervensi kebijakan yang berfokus pada pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemerataan pendapatan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Pemerintah dan pembuat kebijakan diharapkan dapat mempertimbangkan temuan ini dalam merumuskan strategi pembangunan ekonomi di masa depan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of income disparity and poverty levels on the economic growth rate of regencies/cities in Lampung Province from an Islamic perspective for the period 2015-2023. Income disparity and poverty levels are the independent variables, while economic growth is the dependent variable. Income disparity is measured using the Gini ratio, while poverty levels are measured based on the percentage of the population living below the poverty line. This research is quantitative in nature. Secondary data used in this study consist of time series data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analysis is conducted through multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, using the Partial Significance Test (t-test) and Simultaneous Significance Test (F-test). The study aims to identify causal relationships between income inequality, poverty, and economic growth over a specific period. High inequality can lead to reduced investment in human resources and infrastructure, as well as social instability, which negatively impacts the investment climate and productivity. High poverty levels also hinder access to education and healthcare, thereby reducing labor productivity. Therefore, policies aimed at reducing income inequality can positively contribute to economic growth. The findings of this study underscore the importance of policy interventions focused on poverty alleviation and income distribution to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. It is hoped that the government and policymakers will consider these findings in formulating future economic development strategies. Keywords: Income Inequality, Poverty, Economic Growth.
