Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri pariwisata mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat dan berkelanjutan setiap tahunnya. Dalam industri pariwisata Memorable Tourism Experience dan citra destinasi adalah faktor penting dalam menentukan niat wisatawan untuk kembali ke suatu destinasi (Revisit Intention). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Tourist Satisfaction sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara Memorable Tourism Experience dan citra destinasi terhadap Revisit Intention. Metode yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) dengan sampel 97 responden. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh variabel Memorable Tourism Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Variabel Citra Destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Variabel Memorable Tourism Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tourist Satisfaction. Variabel Citra Desstinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tourist Satisfaction. Variabel Tourist Satisfcation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Variabel Tourist Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Memorable Tourism Experience terhadap Revisit Intention dengan model Full Mediation atau memediasi secara penuh. Variabel Tourist Satisfaction memediasi pengaruh Citra Destinasi terhadap Revisit Intention dengan model Full Mediation atau memediasi secara penuh. Dalam perspektif bisnis Islam, Memorable Tourism Experience, Citra Destinasi, Tourist Satisfaction, dan Revisit Intention Pantai Sebalang belum menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, transparansi, keadilan dalam pelayanan, Kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi, kebersihan serta pemeliharaan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Tourism Experience, Memorable Tourism Experience, Citra Destinasi, Revisit Intention. ABSTRACT The tourism industry is experiencing rapid and sustainable growth each year. In the tourism industry, Memorable Tourism Experience and Destination Image are important factors in determining tourists' intention to return to a destination (Revisit Intention). This study aims to examine the role of Tourist Satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between Memorable Tourism Experience and Destination Image on Revisit Intention. The method used is quantitative, with data analysis employing Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with a sample of 97 respondents. The research results indicate that the variable Memorable Tourism Experience has a positive and significant impact on Revisit Intention. The variable Destination Image also has a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention. The variable Memorable Tourism Experience positively and significantly influences Tourist Satisfaction. The variable Destination Image positively and significantly affects Tourist Satisfaction. The variable Tourist Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Revisit Intention. The variable Tourist Satisfaction mediates the effect of Memorable Tourism Experience on Revisit Intention with a Full Mediation model. The variable Tourist Satisfaction also mediates the effect of Destination Image on Revisit Intention with a Full Mediation model. From an Islamic business perspective, Memorable Tourism Experience, Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Revisit Intention Sebalang Beach has not implemented Islamic values such as honesty, transparency, fairness in service, high quality service, cleanliness, and sustainable environmental maintenance.
