Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas yang hebat dalam sebuah pengajaran masih mengudara dengan persiapan dalam administrasi. Oleh karena itu, untuk menentukan tujuan besar dalam suatu organisasi pendidikan untuk memberikan hasil yang berkualitas, diperlukan administrasi yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penerapan manajemen kesiswaan terhadap Prestasi belajar peserta didik di MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan eksplorasi kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan yang menyangkut metode administrasi yang cermat terhadap faktor-faktor tertentu yang kemudian menghasilkan kesimpulan yang diringkas, jauh dari setting waktu dan keadaan. Hasil peneltiian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel X (manajemen belajar) mempunyai pengaruh dengan Variabel Y (prestasi belajar) mempunyai pengaruh yang bermakna. Dari perolehan tes angket yang telah dilakukan serta uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji-T didapatkan nilai mean untuk manajemen belajar sebanyak 82.72 sedangkan untuk prestasi belajar belajar didapat nilai rata-rata (mean) sebanyak 78.50. Dilihat dari hasil independen sample test dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) yaitu 0,001 yang berarti bahwa jika nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) <0,05 maka Ho di tolak Ha diterima ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel awal dan variabel akhir. Therefore, to determine the big goals in an educational organization to provide quality results, good administration is needed. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the application of student management on student learning achievement at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. This type of research uses quantitative exploration which is used to answer problems involving careful administration methods of certain factors which then produce summarized conclusions, far from the time setting and circumstances. The research results show that Variable X (learning management) has an influence and Variable Y (learning achievement) has a significant influence. From the results of the questionnaire tests that have been carried out and hypothesis testing using the T-test, the mean value for learning management was 82.72, while for learning achievement the average value (mean) was 78.50. Judging from the results of the independent sample test, it can be concluded that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.001, which means that if the significance value (2- tailed) is <0.05 then Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant difference between the initial variable and the end. Keywords : Management Studentship,to Performance Learners MAN 1 Pesisir Barat.
