Abstract

ABSTRAK Didalam perusahaan SDM memiliki peran krusial dalam kelancaran aktivitas perusahaan. Keberhasilan perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan dan kinerja kompeten karyawan di bidangnya masing-masing. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Apakah work mutation berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, Apakah work family conflict berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, Aapakah job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Aapakah work mutation berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Apakah work family conflict berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Apakah peran job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh work mutation terhadap kinerja karyawan, Apakah peran job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh work family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 berstatus menikah. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 69 responden. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuisioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model SEM dengan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh secara langsung setiap variabel yaitu Wrk Mutation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict berpengaruh negattif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Work Mutation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Work Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan untuk hasil uji mediasi diperolaeh bahwa Job Satisfaction memediasi work mutation terhadap kinerja karyawan secara Parcial mediasi, Job Satisfaction memediasi work family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan secara full mediasi. Dalam pandangan islam setiap umatnya harus menerima secara ikhlas permasalahan�permasalahan yang terjadi, karena setiap permasalahan pasti terdapat jalan keluarnya. Kata Kunci: Work Mutation, Work Family Conflict, Job Satisfaction, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT In a company, HR has a crucial role in the smooth running of company activities. The success of the company is very dependent on the abilities and competent performance of employees in their respective fields. The formulation of the problem in this research is: Does work mutation have an effect on job satisfaction, Does work family conflict have an effect on job satisfaction, Does job satisfaction have an effect on employee performance, Does work mutation have an effect on employee performance, Does work family conflict have an effect on employee performance, What is the role of Job satisfaction mediates the influence of work mutation on employee performance. What is the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of work family conflict on employee performance. This research is quantitative research, the population in this research is all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 7 who are married. The sample used in this research was 69 respondents. The data collection used was questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique in this research uses the SEM model with SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results obtained directly from each variable are that Work Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Family Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Family Conflict has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and the results of the mediation test show that Job Satisfaction mediates work mutation on employee performance in partial mediation, Job Satisfaction mediates work family conflict on employee performance in full mediation. In the Islamic perspective, every follower must be able to sincerely accept the problems that occur, because every problem definitely has a way out.
