Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesenjangan pendapatan antar wilayah di 10 Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera. Sebagian besar permasalahan ketimpangan pendapatan disebabkan karena kurangnya pendapatan yang diterima oleh masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh PDRB Perkapita, Inflasi Daerah dan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan Wilayah 10 Provinsi di Pulau Sumatera ditinjau Ekonomi Islam Periode 2018-2022. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis data panel dengan Random Effect Model (REM) dan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data Eviews10. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pulau-pulau di Indonesia. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Purposive Sampling. Data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Badan Pusat Statistik, dengan cross section meliputi 10 Provinsi di pulau Sumatera, sedangkan data time series dimulai tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan PDRB Perkapita, Inflasi Daerah dan UMP secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan dibuktikan pada hasil uji F menunjukkan signifikansi sebesar 0.005< 0,05. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel PDRB Perkapita berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan dengan prob. sebesar 0.568> 0,05. Variabel Inflasi Daerah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan dengan prob. sebesar 0.170>0,05. Dan variabel UMP berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan dengan prob. sebesar 0.005<0,05. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, keadilan distributif merupakan prinsip muamalah yang mengajarkan bahwa sumber daya ekonomi, seperti harta, harus dimanfaatkan dengan adil dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam yaitu keadilan, keseimbangan dan kesejahteraan bersama. Kata Kunci : PDRB Perkapita, Inflasi Daerah, Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) dan Ketimpangan Pendapatan. ABSTRACT The problem in this research is motivated by the income gap between regions in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra. Most of the problems of income inequality are caused by a lack of income received by the community to meet living needs. This research aims to determine the influence of GDP per capita, regional inflation and provincial minimum wage (UMP) on regional income inequality in 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra in terms of Islamic economics for the 2018-2022 period. In this research the author used a quantitative approach using panel data analysis with the Random Effect Model (REM) and using the Eviews10 data processing application. The population in this study are islands in Indonesia. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling. Secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, with a cross section covering 10 provinces on the island of Sumatra, while the time series data starts from 2018-2022. The results of this research show that Per Capita GRDP, Regional Inflation and UMP simultaneously influence Income Inequality as evidenced by the F test results showing a significance of 0.005 < 0.05. Meanwhile, partially the Per Capita GRDP variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Income Inequality with prob. equal to 0.568> 0.05. The Regional Inflation variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Income Inequality with prob. equal to 0.170>0.05. And the UMP variable has a negative and significant effect on Income Inequality with prob. equal to 0.005<0.05. In an Islamic economic perspective, distributive justice is the principle of muamalah which teaches that economic resources, such as wealth, must be used fairly and in accordance with Islamic values, namely justice, balance and mutual prosperity.
