Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari permasalahan pada pemahaman konsep peserta didik yang masih rendah pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS), karena peserta didik masih kesulitan dalam memahami suatu konsep. Kondisi pembelajaran peserta didik yang kurang terlibat dalam mempelajaran membuat peserta didik menjadi tidak aktif, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman suatu konsep. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu apakah terdapata pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) berbantuan media Question Card terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS kelas V di MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapata pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) berbantuan media Question Card terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS kelas V di MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) berbantuan media Question Card yang melibatkan serangkaian kegiatan seperti membaca, menjawab, berdiskusi, menjelaskan, membuat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan terdapata pada setiap tahapan dari model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep IPAS peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data diperoleh thitung < ttabel. hasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansinya 0,004, nilai signifikan =0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) berbantuan media Question Card terhadap pemahaman konsep IPAS kelas V di MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Model Pembelajaran RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create), Pemahaman Konsep. iii ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of students’ low understanding of concepts in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject, because students still have difficulty understanding a concept. The learning conditions of students who are less involved in learning make students less active, thus affecting the understanding of a concept. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model assisted by Question Card media on understanding the concept of Social Sciences class V at MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model assisted bya Question Card media on understanding science concepts ini class V at MIN 10 Bandar Lampung. This research uses the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model assisted by Question Card media which involves a series of activities such as reading, answering, discussing, explaining, creating. Activities carried out are at each stage of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model to determine students’ understanding of the science concept. Based on the results of research and data processing, tcount < ttabel. results. The results of this research obtained a significance value of 0,004, a significant value = 0,05, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model assisted by Question Card media on understanding the concept of Science class V at MIN 10 Bandar Lampung.
