Abstract

ABSTRAK DANA berhasil memperoleh peringkat pertama startup digital payment yang paling banyak diketahui oleh masyarakat Indonesia dengan persentase sebesar 99%. Aplikasi DANA juga mempunyai fitur pembayaran menggunakan QR kode atau QRIS yang dapat mempermudah pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini penggunaan fitur yang sulit, adanya isu peretasan data dan terjadi error saat menggunakan aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi DANA. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sifat asosiatif kausal. Menggunakan metode kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Populasinya ialah mahasiswa pengguna e-wallet DANA di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Raden Intan Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode TAM, perceived ease of use dengan hasil persentase 79,73%, perceived usefulness persentase sebesar 75,84%, attitude toward using persentase sebesar 76,85%, behavior intention to use persentase sebesar 74,57% dan actual use dengan persentase sebesar 76,12% yang menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Raden Intan Lampung merasa puas terhadap penggunaan QRIS pada aplikasi DANA dalam transaksi digital. Dalam perspektif islam, penggunaan e-wallet DANA diperbolehkan asal mengandung mashlahah dan sesuai prinsip amanah, keadilan, privasi dan tanggung jawab kemudian penggunaannya tidak melebihi batas karena akan timbul perilaku konsumtif. ABSTRACT DANA managed to get the first rank of digital payment startups that are most widely known by Indonesians with a percentage of 99%. The DANA application also has a payment feature using a QR code or QRIS which can make it easier for users. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze user satisfaction. The problems in this study are the use of difficult features, the issue of data hacking and errors when using the application. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of user satisfaction in using the DANA application. This research is quantitative research with causal associative nature. Using a questionnaire method that has been tested for validity and reliability. The population is students who use DANA e-wallet at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Based on the results of the analysis using the TAM method, perceived ease of use with a percentage of 79.73%, perceived usefulness percentage of 75.84%, attitude towards using a percentage of 76.85%, behavior intention to use a percentage of 74.57% and actual use with a percentage of 76.12% which shows that students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Raden Intan Lampung are satisfied with the use of QRIS in the DANA application in digital transactions. In an Islamic perspective, the use of the DANA e-wallet is permitted as long as it contains mashlahah and is in accordance with the principles of trust, justice, privacy and responsibility then its use does not exceed the limit because consumptive behavior will arise.
