Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia terus menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. UMKM mempunyai peranan penting dalam perekonomian nasional, baik dari segi kontribusinya terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) maupun penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pemerataan ekonomi. Namun terdapat Fenomena kesenjangan kinerja ditandai dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan antar UMKM yang berdampak pada menurunnya pendapatan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online melalui google form. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, diambil dengan cara probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Business Agility memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Teori Dynamic Capabilities menyatakan bahwa perusahaan harus mampu mengintegrasikan sumber daya internal dan eksternal untuk merespons perubahan kondisi pasar. Kompetensi SDM juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, sesuai dengan Teori Resource-Based View yang menekankan pentingnya memanfaatkan sumber daya secara efektif. Lingkungan kerja memperkuat hubungan antara Business Agility dan kinerja UMKM, namun memperlemah hubungan antara kompetensi SDM dan kinerja UMKM. Namun, pentingnya memperhatikan kinerja UMKM dari perspektif Islam karena dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Dengan demikian, perhatian terhadap kinerja UMKM dari perspektif Islam dan penerapan praktik MSDI dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. ABSTRACT The growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has significantly increased in recent years. MSMEs have an important role in the national economy, in terms of their contribution to gross domestic product (GDP) as well as job creation and economic equality. The performance gap phenomenon is characterized by increasingly tight competition between MSMEs which has an impact on decreasing MSME income. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The primary data used was gathered by distributing questionnaires online via Google Forms. The population used in this research is MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. A sample of 100 people using the Slovin formula was taken using probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was processed using SmartPLS version 4. Business Agility has a positive and significant influence on MSME performance. Dynamic Capabilities theory states that companies must be able to integrate internal and external resources to respond to changing market conditions. HR competency also has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance, according to the Resource-Based View Theory which emphasizes the importance of utilizing resources effectively. The work environment strengthens the relationship between Business Agility and MSME performance but weakens the relationship between HR competency and MSME performance. However, it is important to pay attention to the performance of MSMEs from an Islamic perspective because it can affect the welfare of MSMEs from an Islamic economic perspective. Thus, paying attention to the performance of MSMEs from an Islamic perspective and implementing MSDI practices can improve community welfare and the economic growth of a country.
