Abstract
ABSTRAK Kinerja Guru di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung suldah ada pelaksanaan perencanaan program kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, penggunaan media dan sumber belajar, penggunaan metodel pembelajaran, dan evalulasi atau penilaian pembelajaran. MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung terus berinovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing global melalui pengembangan karakter dan kompetensi dalam upaya menjadi madrasah yang unggul. Kelompok kerja guru bidang studi dan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) juga dibentuk dan dilaksanakan di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung untuk memberikan wadah bagi para pendidik dalam berdiskusi, merencanakan program, dan memecahkan masalah-masalah yang mulncul di kellas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif sumber data dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Bidang Kurikulum, dan Tenaga Pendidik/Guru. Kunci sumber data adalah seluruh warga sekolah di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi budaya organisasi dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru di MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung.dengan menerapkan beberapa nilai penting. 1) Inisiatif perorangan, di mana guru diupayakan untuk mengadakan pembelajaran yang kreatif serta membentuk tim kerja guna memperbarui pengajaran di kelas. 2) Toleransi terhadap risiko, yang diterapkan dengan tidak menyulitkan tenaga pendidik dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada mereka untuk mengambil keputusan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan. 3) Pengawasan, yang mencakup pembinaan pegawai, mengontrol pelaksanaan kurikulum, dan memastikan ketersediaan sarana prasarana. 4) Dukungan manajemen, di mana pihak sekolah memberikan motivasi, mengikutsertakan pendidik dalam pelatihan, seminar, sosialisasi, pembinaan, serta workshop, serta membentuk tim kerja. 5) Pola. komunikasi, yang diimplementasikan melalui diskusi di ruang kepala sekolah antara kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum mengenai kurikulum, sedangkan diskusi dengan tenaga pendidik biasanya dilakukan di kantor pada jam kosong maupun dalam rapat sekolah. ABSTRACT Teacher performance at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung has included implementation of activity program planning, implementation of learning activities, classroom management, use of media and learning resources, use of learning methods, and evaluation or assessment of learning. MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung continues to innovate in order to improve quality and global competitiveness through character and competency development in an effort to become a superior madrasa. Study group teachers and Subject Teachers' Conferences (MGMP) were also formed and implemented at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung to provide a forum for educators to discuss, plan programs and solve problems that arise in the classroom. This research aims to describe the implementation of organizational culture in improving teacher performance at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources in this research include the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, and Educators/Teachers. The key data source is all school residents at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The research method used is triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research show that the implementation of organizational culture was carried out in order to improve teacher performance at MTs Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung by implementing several important values. 1) Individual initiative, where teachers are encouraged to conduct creative learning and form work teams to update classroom teaching. 2) Tolerance for risk, which is applied without making it difficult for teaching staff and giving them confidence to make decisions in carrying out their work. 3) Supervision, which includes employee development, controlling curriculum implementation, and ensuring the availability of infrastructure. 4) Management support, where the school provides motivation, involves educators in training, seminars, outreach, coaching and workshops, and forms work teams. 5) Communication patterns, which are implemented through discussions in the principal's office between the principal and deputy principal for curriculum regarding the curriculum, while discussions with teaching staff are usually carried out in the office during free hours or at school meetings.
