Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi Terapeutik adalah komunikasi yang dilakukan secara sadar, memiliki tujuan dengan fokus penyembuhan klien serta dilakukan baik secara verbal dan non verbal. Komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan perawat untuk berusaha mengungkapkan perasaan, mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi masalah serta tindakan yang dilakukan dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan dan membangkitkan motivasi sembuh pasien. tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan komunikasi terapeutik dengan peningkatan motivasi kesembuhan pasien di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Asyifa Bandar Jaya Lampung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan secara lengkap data yang diperoleh dari lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, adapun pada penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yang terdiri dari 2 orang perawat pelaksana dan 2 orang pasien. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data serta kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa, perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Asyifa Bandar Jaya Lampung. bertugas agar pasien rawat inap dapat menerima keadaan diri, membangun hubungan interpersonal, meningkatkan fungsi kemampuan diri, dan memiliki rasa percaya diri. Hal tersebut dilakukan melalui 4 tahap yaitu pertama, tahap pra-interaksi adalah tahap dimana perawat pelaksana memperkenalkan diri kepada pasien agar pasien tersebut mengetahui nama perawat yang akan merawatnya selama ia berada di Ruang Raudoh, kedua, tahap orientasi adalah perawat pelaksana mempersiapkan diri, memahami kode etik keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Asyifa Bandar Jaya Lampung, menggunakan seragam dan melakukan kontrak waktu dengan pasien rawat inap serta pasien dipersilahkan untuk memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada perawat, ketiga, tahap kerja adalah perawat pelaksana melakukan komunikasi terapeutik yang dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu metode verbal seperti pesan konkret serta sinyal dan isyarat. Selanjutnya dalam komunikasi terapeutik ini juga terdapat metode non verbal seperti ekspresi wajah dan sikap tubuh, isyarat vokal, kontak mata, dan tingkat makna. Selain itu pada komunikasi terapeutik ini juga terdapat beberapa teknik komunikasi yaitu pertanyaan terbuka, mengulang ucapan pasien, klarifikasi, memberi saran, serta memberi hiburan kepada pasien rawat inap, tahapan keempat, tahap terminasi adalah perawat pelaksana mengevaluasi pencapaian tujuan dan interaksi yang telah dilakukan di Ruang Raudoh melalui format penilaian supervisi komunikasi terapeutik. ABSTRACT Therapeutic Communication is communication that is carried out consciously, has a purpose with a focus on healing the client and is carried out both verbally and non-verbally. Therapeutic communication is carried out by nurses to try to express feelings, identify, study, evaluate problems and actions taken in carrying out nursing care and raise motivation for patient recovery. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between therapeutic communication and increasing motivation for healing in patients RSI Asyifa Bandar Jaya Lampung. This research includes field research (field research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature, which describes in full the data obtained from the field (field research). Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data source in this study used purposive sampling, while in this study there were 4 people consisting of 2 executive nurses and 2 schizophrenic patients with moderate levels of awareness. Data analysis in this study used several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. From the research results it was found that, the executive nurse at the Asyifa Islamic Hospital (RSI) Bandar Jaya Lampung. tasked with ensuring that inpatients can accept their condition, build interpersonal relationships, improve their functioning, and have self�confidence. This is done through 4 stages, namely first, the pre�interaction stage is the stage where the implementing nurse introduces himself to the patient so that the patient knows the name of the nurse who will care for him while he is in the Raudoh Room, second, the orientation stage is where the implementing nurse prepares himself, understands the code Nursing ethics at Asyifa Islamic Hospital (RSI) Bandar Jaya Lampung, using uniforms and making time contracts with inpatients and patients are invited to ask questions to nurses. Third, the work stage is that the implementing nurse carries out therapeutic communication which is carried out using several methods. namely verbal methods such as concrete messages as well as signals and cues. Furthermore, in therapeutic communication there are also non-verbal methods such as facial expressions and body postures, vocal cues, eye contact, and levels of meaning. Apart from that, in therapeutic communication there are also several communication techniques, namely open questions, repeating the patient's words, clarification, giving suggestions, and providing entertainment to inpatients. The fourth stage, the termination stage, is the implementing nurse evaluating the achievement of goals and interactions that have been carried out in the room.
