Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan karakter lebih diterapkan, kepada seluruh mata pelajaran terkhusus melalui projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh komponen pendidikan dapat menyikapi secara cermat, terkait pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka dan penggunaan alat digital di era Society 5.0 sebagai faktor pembentuk karakter peserta didik serta penentu pertahanan budaya. Pengimplementasian pertahanan budaya digalakkan guna menjaga dan mengayomi kearifan lokal yang menjadi identitas nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari narasumber mengenai Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, sedangkan data sekunder berupa teori-teori dan hasil dokumentasi pelengkap data sebelumnya. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi, melalui analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Orientasi Kurikulum Merdeka Sebagai Pertahanan Budaya Peserta Didik Pada Era Society 5.0 Di SD Al Azhar 1 Bandar Lampung terlaksana dengan baik dan berjalan secara signifikan, terlihat pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kemampuan pendidik SD Al Azhar 1 Bandar Lampung menjadi penitikberatan karena guru telah menunjukkan keikutsertaan dalam interaksi berdasarkan tuntutan kurikulum merdeka. Program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang bertujuan mengeksplorasi kemampuan peserta didik, dalam menentukan minat dan bakat serta memiliki fokus dalam membentuk karakteristik peserta didik sesuai dengan pelajar sepanjang hayat dan berjiwa Pancasila. Faktor pendukung dalam hal ini adalah jalinan kerjasama antara lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan peserta didik, sarana prasarana sekolah, dan komunikasi antara orang tua dan pihak sekolah, kemudian faktor penghambat berasal dari internal yaitu diri peserta didik dan lingkungan perkembangan peserta didik terhadap pesatnya perkembangan media sosial yang menggerus nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Kata Kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka, Pendidikan Karakter, Pertahanan Budaya Era society 5.0. iv ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the application of character education more specifically to all subjects, especially through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. The implication of this research is that all educational components can respond carefully, regarding the implementation of an independent curriculum and the use of digital tools in the Society 5.0 era as factors that shape students' character and determine cultural defense. Implementation of cultural defense is encouraged to maintain and protect local wisdom which becomes national identity. This research uses observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Primary data was obtained directly from sources regarding the Implementation of Character Education in the Independent Curriculum, while secondary data was in the form of theories and documentation results that complement previous data. Descriptive method with a phenomenological approach, through data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of character education in the Independent Curriculum Orientation as the Cultural Defense of Students in the Era of Society 5.0 at SD Al Azhar 1 Bandar Lampung was carried out well and progressed significantly, as seen in the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. The ability of SD Al Azhar 1 Bandar Lampung educators is being emphasized because teachers have shown participation in interactions based on the demands of an independent curriculum. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Program aims to explore students' abilities, determine interests and talents and has a focus on forming student characteristics in accordance with lifelong students and with a Pancasila spirit. The supporting factors in this case are the cooperation between the school environment and the students' environment, school infrastructure, and communication between parents and the school, then the inhibiting factors come from internal, namely the students themselves and the students' development environment regarding the rapid development of social media which eroding the values of character education.
