Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas tentang kepuasan pelanggan pada produk franchise ice cream and tea mixue yang sempat menjadi pembicaraan hangat sejak kedatangannya sekitar tahun 2020 di provinsi Lampung. Meningkatnya pembelian disebabkan rasa penasaran orang-orang yang ingin mencoba tanpa memikirkan kehalalan produk tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji sekaligus analisis pengaruh sertifikasi halal, halal awareness, dan product quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada produk franchise ice cream and tea mixue dalam perspektif bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 96 orang dengan objek Gen Z Muslim di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara memberi pertanyaan atau pernyataan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Sciences) versi 29.0.2.0. data yang telah didapatkan, kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS ver 29.0.2.0 lalu analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, karena memiliki lebih dari satu variabel, dengan variabel independen yaitu Sertifikasi Halal, Halal Awareness dan Product Quality serta variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sertifikasi Halal, dan Product Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada produk franchise ice cream and tea mixue di Kota Bandar Lampung, sedangkan Halal Awareness tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dalam Perspektif Bisnis Islam, sebagai seorang pelanggan khususnya umat muslim memiliki keinginan dan kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi, namun harus terjamin kehalalan, kebaikan serta kualitas sehingga dapat menimbulkan rasa kepuasan sebab terpenuhinya kebutuhan dan keinginan tersebut. Sebagai umat muslim sangat penting memperhatikan halal dan haram suatu produk yang akan dicoba sesuai perintah Allah SWT. Kata kunci : Sertifikasi Halal, Halal Awareness, Product Quality, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Bisnis Islam. ABSTRACT This research discusses customer satisfaction with the ice cream and tea mixue franchise product which has become a hot topic of conversation since its arrival around 2020 in Lampung province. The increase in purchases is due to the curiosity of people who want to try without thinking about the halalness of the product. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of halal certification, halal awareness, and product quality on customer satisfaction on ice cream and tea mixue franchise products in an Islamic business perspective. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 96 people with the object of Gen Z Muslims in Bandar Lampung City. Sampling was done by giving questions or statements by distributing questionnaires. The data that has been obtained, then processed using SPSS ver 29.0.2.0. Then the data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, because it has more than one variable, with the independent variable being Halal Certification, Halal Awareness and Product Quality and the dependent variable being Customer Satisfaction. Halal Certification, and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction on ice cream and tea mixue franchise products in Bandar Lampung City, while Halal Awareness has no influence on Customer Satisfaction. In an Islamic Business Perspective, as a customer, especially Muslims, have wants and needs that must be met, but must be guaranteed halal, goodness and quality so that it can create a sense of satisfaction because of the fulfillment of these needs and desires. As a Muslim, it is very important to pay attention to the halal and haram of a product that will be tried according to the commands of Allah SWT.
