Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan ekonomi masih menjadi hal penting yang perlu untuk diperhatikan. Dalam hal ini pembangunan merupakan suatu proses perubahan dan harus mencakup pada seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan pembangunan ekonomi harus berevolusi dan berubah seiring dengan kompleksnya aktivitas ekonomi dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Ipm dan Pdrb terhadap PMA dan PMDN pada 34 Provinsi di Indonesia dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah Ipm dan Pdrb secara Parsial berpengaruh terhadap PMA dan PMDN 34 provinsi di Indonesia Periode tahun 2018-2022. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan teknik analisis uji CEM, FEM, REM dengan pemilihan model menggunakan Uji Chow, Hausman dan LM, Uji Parsial (uji t), Simultan (uji f) dan Determinasi (R 2).. Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Sedangkan Variabel Dependen dalam penelitian ini Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN). Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik 34 provinsi di Indonesia pada tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa IPM berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PMA 34 Provinsi di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022. PDRB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PMA 34 Provinsi di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022. Sedangkan IPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PMDN 34 Provinsi di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022 dan PDRB berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap PMDN 34 Provinsi di Indonesia Periode Tahun 2018-2022. Kata Kunci : Investasi PMA, PMDN, IPM dan PDRB.ABSTRACT Economic development is still an important thing that needs to be considered. In this case, development is a process of change and must cover all aspects of people's lives and economic development must evolve and change along with the complexity of economic activity from time to time. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of Ipm and Pdrb on FDI and PMDN in 34 provinces in Indonesia in the perspective of Islamic Economics. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Ipm and Pdrb partially affect FDI and PMDN 34 provinces in Indonesia for the period 2018-2022. The method in this study uses panel data regression analysis with CEM, FEM, REM test analysis techniques with model selection using the Chow, Hausman and LM Tests, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous (f test) and Determination (R2). Independent variables in this study are Human Development Index (HDI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). While the Dependent Variable in this study is Foreign Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN). The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of 34 provinces in Indonesia in 2018-2022. The results of this study indicate that HDI has a negative and insignificant effect on FDI in 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2018- 2022 period. GRDP has a positive and significant effect on FDI 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period. Meanwhile, HDI has a positive and significant effect on domestic investment in 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period and GRDP has a negative and insignificant effect on domestic investment in 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2018-2022 period.
