Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat sosial ekonomi yang menengah kebawah dibuktikan dengan angka partisipasi pendidikan sarjana yang hanya sebesar 21,6%,pekerjaan yang mayoritas petani mencapai 45,92% bahkan pengangguran yang relatif tinggi yaitu 11,4% diatas angka pengangguran nasional yang hanya 9% dan disaingi dengan pendapatan yang tidak tetap atau menengah kebawah pada masyarakat kecamatan kalianda. Pada kejadian tersebut menurut data yang dipeoleh dari dinas terkait prevalensi stunting di kecamatan kalianda yang tahun di 2023 lalu hampir 100 anak terkena stunting. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap prevalensi stunting. Jenis dari peneilitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana.uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Uji Parsial (Uji T) Dan Uji Determinasi (Uji R2 ). Data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa hasil dari kuesioner,observasi,dan data sekunder yaitu data angka kejadian stunting dari dinas terkait. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 56 orang tua dari anak yang mengalami stunting di kecamatan kalianda kabupaten lampung selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi stunting bisa dijelaskan sosial ekonomi masyarakat sebesar 70%. Sedangkan sisanya 30% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian. Secara parsial (Uji T) sosial ekonomi masyarakat berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap prevalensi stunting dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi sosial ekonomi masyarakat kecamatan kalianda maka akan menurun pula angka prevalensi stunting di kecamatan tersebut. Dari perspektif ekonomi islam dalam menangani masalah sosial ekonomi dan stunting menunjukkan ada tiga prinsip yang harus digunakan yaitu prinsip keadilan,pemerintahan,dan hasil. ABSTRACT The lower middle socio-economic level is proven by the undergraduate education participation rate which is only 21.6%,the majority of jobs are farmers reaching 45.92% and even unemployment which is relatively high,namely 11.4% above the national unemployment rate which is only 9% and is comparable to with irregular or lower middle income in the people of Kalianda sub�district. In this incident,according to data obtained from the agency related to the prevalence of stunting in Kalianda sub-district,in 2023 almost 100 children were affected by stunting. Therefore,this research aims to find out and analyze the socio-economic influence of society on the prevalence of stunting. The type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis tests used are partial tests (T tests) and determination tests (R2 tests). The data in this research are primary data in the form of results. from questionnaires,observations and secondary data, namely data on the incidence of stunting from related agencies. The sample in this study were parents of children who experienced stunting in Kalianda subdistrict,South Lampung district. The results of this study show that the prevalence of stunting can be explained by the social economy of the community by 70%,while the remaining 30% is explained by other variables that are not in the research. Partially (T Test) the social economy of the community has a significant negative effect on the prevalence of stunting with a probability of 0.000. This research shows that the higher the socio�economic status of the people in your sub-district, the reduction in the stunting prevalence rate in that sub-district will also decrease. From an Islamic economic perspective in dealing with socio-economic problems and stunting,it shows that there are three principles that must be used,namely the principles of justice,governance and results.
