Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan curiosity peserta didik di MA Ma‟Arif Sukoharjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experimental research dengan desain non equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitin ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MIA MA Ma‟arif Sukoharjo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel kelas X MIA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIA 2 sebagai keas kontrol. Hasil penelitian uji normalitas dan uji homogen, data yang diperoleh pada berpikir kreatif dan curiosity berdistribusi normal dan homogen kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis berupa uji MANOVA. Hasil analisis data melalui uji MANOVA menggunakan SPSS versi 25 yang menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05 sehingga H1 diterima atau terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) dan model pembelajaran konvensional. UJI MANOVA dilakukan pula untuk mengetahui perbedaan rasa ingin tahu (curiosity) peserta didik dan emnunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05 sehingga H1 diterima ata terdapat perbedaan rasa ingin tahu (curiosity) pesrta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) dan model pembelajaran convensinal. UJI MANOVA dilakukan pula untuk mengetahui perbedaan rasa ingin tahu (curiosity) dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05 sehingga H1 diterima atau terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan rasa ingin tahu peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan rasa ingin tahu (curiosity) Kata Kunci : CUPs, Curiosity, Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif iv ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the learning modelConceptual Understanding Procedures (CUPs) on the ability to think creatively andcuriosity students at MA Ma'Arif Sukoharjo.
