Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada kelas V MIN 1 Bandar Lampung, yang dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS yang masih tergolong rendah, hal ini terlihat dari hasil tes soal kemampuan berfikir kritis yang diberikan oleh peneliti, dimana persentase siswa yang memperoleh nilai diatas kkm sebesar 38% dan siswa yang memperoleh nilai dibawah kkm sebesar 61%. Rumusan masalahpada penelitian ini yaitu apakah ada pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Student facilitator and Expalining terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa kelas V di MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Quasy Exferiment. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V di MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V B dan V C di MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol dan V C sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan instrument tes berupa soal essay berjumlah 10 soal. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis uji-t (Independent sample t test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan uji-t, dengan menggunakan SPSS nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Ho ditolah dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Expalining terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis pada siswa kelas V di MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Expalining, Kemampuan Berfikir kritis. iv ABSTRACT This research was conducted in class V MIN 1 Bandar Lampung, which was motivated by the lack of students' critical thinking skills in science subjects which were still relatively low. This can be seen from the results of the critical thinking ability test given by the researcher, where the percentage of students who got a score above the kkm was 38% and students who scored below the kkm were 61%. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model on the critical thinking abilities of class V students at MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model on students' critical thinking abilities. This research uses the Quasy Experiment type of research. The population in this study were all class V students at MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. The sample in this research were students in classes V B and V C at MIN 1 Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used was Probability Sampling with Cluster Random Sampling technique. The samples in this study were class V B as the control class and V C as the experimental class. This research instrument uses a test instrument in the form of essay questions totaling 10 questions. Research data was analyzed using prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing t-test (Independent sample t test). Based on the research results and t-test calculations, using SPSS the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is an influence of the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model on the critical thinking skills of class V students at MIN 1 Bandar Lampung.
