Abstract

ABSTRAK ANALISIS KELAYAKAN INFRASTRUKTUR JALUR PEDESTRIAN UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI RADEN INTAN LAMPUNG Oleh: Uswah Dian Ma’arifah Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung sebagai kampus hijau, berupaya untuk menyediakan infrastruktur yang memadai bagi pejalan kaki berupa jalur pedestrian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan jalur pedestrian Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung menurut Peraturan Menteri PU No.3/PRT/M/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode observasi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data primer terkait kondisi fisik jalur pedestrian. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi dan pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi faktual di lapangan dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Permen PU No.03/PRT/M/2014. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jalur pedestrian di Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung memiliki kekurangan dalam hal kelayakan infrastruktur. Dari sepuluh indikator yang dievaluasi beberapa kekurangan yang ditemukan yaitu tidak adanya tempat duduk, tempat sampah, pagar pengaman, lampu penerangan, perabot jalan serta kemiringan ramp yang tidak sesuai standar. Dari tujuh jalur pedestrian, hanya 10% hingga 30% variabel yang memenuhi standar. Variabel yang perlu dilengkapi meliputi tinggi dan lebar pada jalur pedestrian antara gerbang utama sampai gedung GSG, jalur pedestrian antara fotocopy UIN RIL sampai gedung prodi matematika, jalur pedestrian antara gedung FEBI sampai gedung dekanat FEBI, dan jalur pedestrian antara tugu fakultas ushuluddin sampai gedung dekanat ushuluddin. Kemudian untuk variabel kemiringan ramp, lampu penerangan, tempat sampah, tempat duduk, pagar pengaman, dan jalur perabot perlu dilengkapi di ketujuh jalur pedestrian. This research aims to activate the pedestrian path at Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University based on Minister of Public Works Regulation No.3/PRT/M/2014. This type of research is qualitative research, using field observation methods to collect primary data related to the physical condition of pedestrian paths. Secondary data was obtained through documentation and library studies. Data analysis was carried out by comparing factual conditions in the field with the standards set by Minister of Public Works Regulation No.03/PRT/M/2014. Based on the research results, it shows that the pedestrian path at Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University has shortcomings in terms of infrastructure feasibility. Of the ten indicators evaluated, several deficiencies were found, namely the absence of seating, trash cans, safety fences, lighting, street furniture and ramp slopes that were not up to standard. Of the seven pedestrian paths, only 10% to 30% of the variables meet the standards. Variables that need to be completed include the height and width of the pedestrian path between the main gate and the GSG building, the pedestrian path between the UIN RIL photocopy and the mathematics study program building, the pedestrian path between the FEBI building and the FEBI dean building, and the pedestrian path between the Ushuluddin Faculty monument to the Usuluddin Deanery building. Then, for variable ramp slopes, lighting, trash cans, seating, safety fences and furniture paths need to be equipped on the seven pedestrian paths.
