Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar IPA Di SDN 02 Sidowaluyo Lampung Selatan. Serta penggunaan strategi yang kurang bervariasi oleh guru dan pembelajaran cenderung membosankan dan berpusat pada guru. Maka perlu adanya Strategi pembelajaran yang tepat sehingga pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan siswa lebih aktif sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Peneliti menggunakan strategi talking stick untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Maka dari pemaparan latar belakang tersebut yang menjadi permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah : Apakah terdapat pengaruh strategi talking stick terhadap hasil belajar IPA Di SDN 02 Sidowaluyo Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi talking stick terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SDN 02 Sidowaluyo Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen Quasi Eksperimen dengan menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data peneliti diperoleh dari posttest dengan soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur hasil belajar IPA. Temuan penelitian ini adalah membuktikan siswa yang diajar menggunakan strategi talking stick memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87 sedangkan kelas yang tidak menggunakan strategi talking stick memperoleh nilai rata-rata 78. Hasil menggunakan strategi talking stick mencapai KKM. Hasil penelitian hipotesis menggunakan rumus uji t – test di peroleh sig ( 2-tailed) < 0,05 (α 5% ) dengan hasil d peroleh nilai 0,001 < 0,05 maka berarti Ha diterima, atau jika nilai thitung> ttabel maka Ha di terima. Artinya terdapat Pengaruh Pembelajaran Strategi Talking Stick Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas V Mata Pelajaran IPA Di SDN 02 Sidowaluyo Lampung Selatan. Kata Kunci : Talking Stick, Hasil Belajar, IPA. ii ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes at SDN 02 Sidowaluyo South Lampung. As well as the use of less varied strategies by teachers and learning tends to be boring and teacher-centered. So it is necessary to have appropriate learning strategies so that learning is more enjoyable and students are more active so that they can improve science learning outcomes. Researchers use the talking stick strategy to improve science learning outcomes. So, from the background explanation, the problem in this research is: Is there an influence of the talking stick strategy on science learning outcomes at SDN 02 Sidowaluyo, South Lampung. This research aims to determine the effect of the talking stick strategy on the science learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 02 Sidowaluyo South Lampung. The type of research used is experimental research with a Quasi Experimental experimental design using two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Researcher data was obtained from a posttest with multiple choice questions to measure science learning outcomes. The findings of this research prove that students who were taught using the talking stick strategy got an average score of 87, while the class that did not use the talking stick strategy got an average score of 78. The results of using the talking stick strategy reached the KKM. The results of hypothesis research using the t - test formula obtained sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 (α 5%) with the result of d obtaining a value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that Ha is accepted, or if the value of tcount> ttable then Ha is accept. This means that there is an influence of the Talking Stick Strategy Learning on the Learning Outcomes of Class V Students in Science Subjects at SDN 02 Sidowaluyo, South Lampung.
