Abstract

ABSTRAK Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) adalah gabungan antara kekuatan spiritual ( spiritual Power) dan energi psikologi (Energy Psychology). Prinsip kerja terapi ini hampir sama dengan terapi akupuntur, karena terapi ini memanfaatkan titik-titik meridian, hal yang menjadi perbedaanya adalah, terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) memanfaatkan kekuatan spiritual berupa doa, keikhlasan dan kepasrahan kepada-Nya. Terdapat dua hal yang paling penting dalam terapi spiritual emotional Freedom technic yaitu afirmasi positif yang berguna untuk memperoleh kesehatan emosi yang baik pada anak usia dini. Afirmasi ini dapat berupa penguatan yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku positif . Kedua adalah tapping, tapping merupakan ketukan ringan pada titik acupoint pada tubuh. Ketika tubuh dilakukan stimulus berupa ketukan ringan atau teping maka Respon yang muncul yaitu terjadinya peningkatan mobilitas sinyal-sinyal yang memberikan dampak menurunnya regulasi hipotalamic sehingga produksi hormon stres yaitu kortisol menjadi berkurang. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipilih adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Paud dan RA Diniyyah Putri Lampung. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang,menggunakan metode pretest posttes control group design. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) Pada Konsentrasi Belajar Anak Usia Dini Di Paud Dan RA Diniyyah Putri Lampung. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji independent sampel t test dengan signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan uji independent sampel t test yang dilakukan hasilnya menunjukkan nilai signifikansi p= 0,00 ,0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terapi Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) efektif terhadap konsentrasi belajar anak usia dini Di Paud Dan RA Diniyyah Putri Lampung. ABSTRACT Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) therapy is a combination of spiritual power and energy psychology. The working principle of this therapy is almost similar to acupuncture therapy, as it utilizes meridian points. The difference is that SEFT therapy harnesses spiritual power in the form of prayer, sincerity, and surrender to God. There are two most important aspects of SEFT therapy: positive affirmations and tapping. Positive affirmations help achieve good emotional health in early childhood. These affirmations can strengthen and influence positive behavior. Tapping involves light taps on acupoints on the body. When the body is stimulated with light taps, the response is an increase in the mobility of signals, which leads to a decrease in hypothalamic regulation and a reduction in the production of the stress hormone cortisol. The research approach chosen is a quantitative approach with an experimental research design. This study was conducted at PAUD and RA Diniyyah Putri Lampung. The research sample consisted of 60 individuals, using the pretest-posttest control group design method. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of SEFT therapy on the learning concentration of early childhood in PAUD and RA Diniyyah Putri Lampung. The analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the independent sample t-test conducted, the results showed a significance value of p = 0.00 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that SEFT therapy is effective in improving the learning concentration of early childhood in PAUD and RA Diniyyah Putri Lampung Keywords: spiritual emotional freedom technique therapy, learning concentration, early childhood.
