Abstract

ABSTRAK Industri konveksi merupakan salah satu sektor UMKM yang cukup berkembang, terutama di kota-kota besar seperti Kota Bandar Lampung. Konveksi Nanda merupakan salah satu UMKM yang beroperasi dalam industri ini dan seperti halnya UMKM lainnya, Konveksi Nanda dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM konveksi adalah mengelola berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan bersih perusahaan, di antaranya biaya produksi, gaji karyawan, dan harga jual produk. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh biaya produksi, gaji karyawan, dan harga jual terhadap pendapatan bersih pada UMKM Konveksi Nanda Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivism. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan Konveksi Nanda Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik non-probalility sampling. Sehingga jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi dimana seluruh jumlah populasi dalam penelitian yaitu 3 tahun = 36 bulan atau 36 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program computer SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel biaya produksi, gaji karyawan dan harga jual berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan bersih UMKM Konveksi Nanda Kota Bandar Lampung. Secara parsial, biaya produksi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Sedangkan variabel gaji karyawan berpengaruh negative dan signifikan. serta variabel harga jual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih UMKM Konveksi Nanda Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Konveksi, Biaya, Gaji, Harga Jual. ABSTRACT The convection industry is one of the MSME sectors which is quite developed, especially in big cities such as Bandar Lampung City. Nanda Convection is one of the MSMEs operating in this industry and like other MSMEs, Nanda Convection is faced with various challenges in running its business. One of the main challenges faced by convection MSMEs is managing various factors that influence the company's net income, including production costs, employee salaries and product selling prices. The formulation of the problem in this research is how production costs, employee salaries and selling prices influence the net income of Nanda Bandar Lampung Convection MSMEs. This research uses quantitative research with research methods based on positivist philosophy. The population in this study is the financial report of Nanda Convection, Bandar Lampung City for 2021- 2023. The sampling technique in this research is a non-probability sampling technique. So this type of research is population research where the entire population in the study is 3 years = 36 months or 36 samples. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods using the SPSS computer program. The results of the research show that the variables of production costs, employee salaries and selling prices simultaneously influence the net income of Nanda Convection MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City. Partially, production costs have a positive and insignificant effect. Meanwhile, the employee salary variable has a negative and significant effect. and the selling price variable has a positive and significant effect on the net income of Nanda Convection MSMEs in Bandar Lampung City.
