Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi yang terjadi diantara dua orang atau lebih dengan maksud penyampaian suatu pesan baik secara verbal ataupun non verbal yang dapat dipahami sehingga diantara satu sama lain mampu berinteraksi dengan baik. Motivasi Kerja adalah dorongan ataupun kekuatan yang bersumber dari luar maupun dalam dengan tujuan menggerakkan, mengarahkan seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai apa yang telah ditetapkan. Dari penjelasan tersebut penulis merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: Adakah Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru Di Man 1 Pesisir Barat ? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Man 1 Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Rumus Solvin dimana populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 25 guru dari total keseluruhan berjumlah 64 guru.. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar ke 25 guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunkan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google from dan disebar ke grub para guru tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner di analisis menggunakan Statistic Uji T dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS Versi 26. Untuk uji validitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi product moment, untuk uji reliabilitas menggunakan Crombach‟s Alpha, untuk uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov Smirnov, untuk uji Homogenitas menggunakan uji one- way ANOVA sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis Statistic Uji T. Berdasarkan pengolahan data hasil perhitungan SPSS Vers.26, pengujian statistik uji t, dengan Thitung sebesar 3,980 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Sedangkan Ttabel dengan dk = n-2 yaitu 25- 2 =23 dan α 0,05 adalah 0,413 dengan demikian Thitung > Ttabel atau 3,980 > 0,413 dengan sig 0,001 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha ditrima. Dengan demikian Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa “ Terdapat pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi kerja guru di MAN 1 Pesisir Barat”. Dengan hasil penelitian model summary diatas yaitu sebesar 0,639 dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,408. Angka tersebut artinya bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Komunikasi Interpersonal) terhadap variabel terikat (Motivasi kerja) adalah sebesar 40% sedangkan 60% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Motivasi Kerja Guru. iv ABSTRACT Interpersonal communication is communication that occurs between two or more people with the aim of conveying a message, either verbally or non-verbally, that can be understood so that each other is able to interact well. Work motivation is encouragement or strength that comes from outside or inside with the aim of moving and directing someone to carry out their duties according to what has been determined. From this explanation, the author formulates the problem as follows: Is there an influence of the principal's interpersonal communication on teacher work motivation in Man 1 Pesisir Barat? The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the principal's interpersonal communication on teacher work motivation in Man 1 Pesisir Barat. This research uses quantitative methods. Determining the sample in this study used the Solvin Formula where the research population was 25 teachers out of a total of 64 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 25 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire in the form of Google from and distributed to the teachers' groups. The data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using the T Test statistic using the SPSS Version 26 program. To test the validity in this study, product moment correlation was used, for the reliability test we used Crombach's Alpha, for the normality test we used Kolmogorov Smirnov, for the homogeneity test we used the one test. - way ANOVA while for data analysis using T Test statistical analysis. Based on data processing from SPSS Vers.26 calculation results, statistical testing of the t test, with Tcount of 3.980 with a significance of 0.001. Meanwhile, Ttable with dk = n-2, namely 25-2 =23 and α 0.05 is 0.413, thus Tcount > Ttable or 3.980 > 0.413 with sig 0.001 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus Ha is accepted which means that "There is an influence of interpersonal communication on teacher work motivation at MAN 1 Pesisir Barat". With the research results of the summary model above, namely 0.639, the output obtained is a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.408. This figure means that the influence of the independent variable (Interpersonal Communication) on the dependent variable (Work Motivation) is 40% while the other 60% is influenced by other variables.
