Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara yang mayoritas penduduknya muslim sudah seharusnya memilih produk-produk yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah agar terhindar dari kegiatan yang mengandung riba, seperti memilih mobile banking dari perbankan syariah, salah satunya yaitu menggunakan BSI Mobile. Namun Bank Syariah Indonesia yang dianggap masih baru sehingga dinilai kurang berpengalaman dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional, menyebabkan masih rendahnya penggunaan BSI Mobile. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan BSI Mobile dan apakah ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan BSI Mobile dalam perspektif Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas secara parsial terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan BSI Mobile dan mengetahui pengaruh ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan BSI Mobile dalam perspektif Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yakni teknik accidental sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden berdasarkan rumus Lemeshow. Uji yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan BSI Mobile. Kemudian secara bersama - sama ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat perilaku penggunaan BSI Mobile dalam perspektif Islam. ABSTRACK Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population and should choose products that comply with sharia principles to avoid activities that contain usury, such as choosing mobile banking from sharia banking, one of which is using BSI Mobile. However, Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is considered new and is considered less experienced than conventional banks, has resulted in low use of BSI Mobile. The formulation of the problem in this research is performance expectancy; effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions partially influence the behavioral intention to use BSI Mobile and whether performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions influence the behavioral intention to use BSI Mobile from an Islamic perspective. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influences and facilitating conditions partially on behavioral intentions to use BSI Mobile and to determine the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influences and facilitating conditions on behavioral intentions to use BSI Mobile from an Islamic perspective. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this research used a nonprobability sampling technique, namely the Accidental Sampling technique. With a sample size of 100 respondents based on the Lemeshow formula. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. Data was processed using SPSS 26. The research results show that performance expectations, business expectations, social influence and facility conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intentions to use BSI Mobile. Then, together, performance expectations, business expectations, social influences and facility conditions have a significant effect on behavioral intentions to use BSI Mobile from an Islamic perspective.
