Abstract
ABSTRAK Manajemen kesiswaan adalah seluruh proses kegiatan yang direncanakan dan diusahakan secara sengaja serta pembinaan secara kontinyu terhadap seluruh peserta didik agar dapat mengikuti proses belajar mengajar secara efektif dan efesien mulai dari penerimaan peserta didik hingga keluarnya peserta didik dari suatu sekolah. disiplin siswa adalah ketaatan (ketaatan) siswa terhadap peraturan, ketentuan, atau norma yang ada di sekolah mengenai kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menaganalisis : 1) Orientasi Kedisiplinan Siswa dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMP AL-HUDA Jati Agung, 2) Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Siswa dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMP AL-HUDA Jati Agung, 3) Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Kesiswaan dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMP AL-HUDA Jati Agung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang di ambil dari kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kesiswaan, dan guru bimbingan konseling. Teknik analsis data menggunakan proses reduksi data, b data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen kesiswam dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMP AL-HUDA Jati Agung meliputi kegiatan : orientasi kedisiplinan siswa, pembinaan dan pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa, serta pencatatan dan pelaporan siswa sudah dilakukan cukup baik. Dalam orientasi kedisiplinan siswa, sudah dilakukan dengan mensosialiasisikan dan membagikan buku panduan kedisiplinan dan pengenalan peserta didik baru tentang semua aturan, tata tertib, etika, budaya, dan ekstrakulikuler. Pembinaan dan pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa sudah dilakukan dengan pengarahan aktivitas setiap hari senin, pengawasan cctv, razia dua minggu sekali, pengoptimalan layanan bimbingan konseling, pengembangan forum anti napza, penanganan hukuman jera namun bermanfaat, dan memaksimalkan kegiatan ekstrakulikuler. Dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan kesiswaan sudah dilakukan dengan mendata semua pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa sebagai acuan untuk penanganan kedisiplinan siswa. Student discipline is student obedience (obedience) to the rules, regulations or norms that exist in the school regarding teaching and learning activities. This research aims to analyze: 1) Student Discipline Orientation in Improving Student Discipline at AL-HUDA Jati Agung Middle School, 2) Student Guidance and Development in Improving Student Discipline at AL�HUDA Jati Agung Middle School, 3) Student Recording and Reporting at AL-HUDA Middle School -HUDA Jati Agung, 3) Student Recording and Reporting at AL-HUDA Jati Agung Middle School Increasing Student Discipline at AL-HUDA Jati Agung Middle School. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation taken from the head of the madrasah, deputy head of the madrasah for student affairs, and guidance and counseling teachers. The data analysis technique uses a data reduction process, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that student management in improving student discipline at AL-HUDA Jati Agung Middle School includes activities: student discipline orientation, coaching and development of student discipline, as well as student recording and reporting have been carried out quite well. In student discipline orientation, this is done by socializing and distributing discipline guidebooks as well as introducing new students to all rules, regulations, ethics, culture and extracurricular activities. Guiding and developing student discipline is carried out through briefing activities every Monday, CCTV monitoring, raids every two weeks, optimizing counseling guidance services, developing anti-drug forums, handling punishments that are deterrent but useful, and maximizing extracurricular activities. Recording and reporting on student affairs has been carried out by recording all violations committed by students as a reference for handling student discipline.
