Abstract
ABSTRAK Moral merupakan hal yang terpenting dalam menjalankan roda kehidupan bernegara. Kemajuan suatu bangsa terletak pada moral yang dimiliki bangsa tersebut. Moral adalah mustika hidup yang membedakan antara manusia dengan hewan. Pendidikan Moral melatih sensibilitas peserta didik, sehingga dalam perilaku mereka terhadap kehidupan, langkah-langkah dan keputusan, begitu pula pendekatan mereka terhadap semua ilmu pengetahuan, diatur oleh nilai-nilai etika yang sangat dalam dirasakan. Pembelajaran yang telah terintegrasi dengan penerapan nilai-nilai yang dapat membentuk sikap dan tingkah laku peserta didik dilakukan secara maksimal oleh para tenaga pendidik dikelas. Sehingga implementasi dari nilai moral dan karakter dapat direalisasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk Mendeskripsikan Bagaimana Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Moral Dalam Pembelajaran PPKn Di Kelas IV SDN 1 Langkapura Bandar Lampung.(2) Mengetahui Faktor Penghambat Dan Faktor Pendukung Dalan Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Moral Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Di SDN 1 Langkapura Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif jenisnya deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dipenelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi nilai�nilai moral pada pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila dan kewarganegaraan yaitu nilai disiplin, jujur,religius, mandiri, tanggung jawab, demokratis, cinta tanah air, dan peduli sosial dan ditunjukkan melalui sikap ataupun tingkah laku yang merefleksikan nilai-nilai moral.(2) Faktor pendukung implementasi nilai moral pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegraan diantaranya keadaan lingkungan sekitar sekolah, keteladanan dan pembiasaan, serta pertemuan pendidik dengan orang tua. Sedangkan faktor pengahambatnya adalah ketidakhadiran pendidik, kurangnya perhatian orang tua, dan penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Pembelajaran, PPKn. ABSTRACT Education as a process of transforming knowledge involves many aspects or components in it to support these educational activities. However, today's education, which is considered to absorb too much cognitive knowledge, is in fact unable or fails to cope with the moral development of its students. Moral is the most important thing in running the wheels of state life. The progress of a nation lies in the morals of that nation. Morals are the gems of life that distinguish between humans and animals. Moral Education trains students' sensibility, so that in their behavior towards life, steps and decisions, as well as their approach to all knowledge, is governed by deeply felt ethical values. Learning that has been integrated with the application of values that can shape the attitudes and behavior of students is carried out optimally by educators in the class. So that the implementation of moral and character values can be realized in civic education learning activities. The purposes of this study are: (1) To describe how the implementation of moral values in civic education learning in class IV SDN 1 Langkapura Bandar Lampung. (2) To know the inhibiting factors and supporting factors in the implementation of students' moral values in learning citizenship education At SDN 1 Langkapura Bandar Lampung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection in this study was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used qualitative data analysis techniques which included data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) The moral values that are implemented in civic education learning are obtained from student textbooks and school identity such as the values of discipline, honesty, religion, independence, responsibility, democracy, love of the motherland, and social care. (2) The implementation of character values in learning citizenship education is shown through attitudes or behaviors that reflect character values. (3) Factors supporting the implementation of moral values in learning citizenship education include the condition of the environment around the school, exemplary and habituation, and educator meetings with parents. While the inhibiting factors are the absence of educators, lack of parental attention, and excessive use of gadgets. Keywords: Implementation, Learning, PPKn.
