Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian skripsi ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Swasta Islam Al-Furqon Panaragan jaya kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat dengan masalah tentang peran guru dalam penanaman nilai religius dan sikap sosial siswa, hal ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya siswa yang belum lancar dalam membaca, beberapa siswa yang ketika menulis masih perlu arahan dari guru, siswa yang masih belajar iqro’, bermain-main saat sholat, kurang menghargai guru,mengganggu, dan masih melakukan perbuatan tidak terpuji. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi, menguji keabsahan data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru menjalankan perannya sebagai demonstrator, pengelola kelas, mediator, fasilitator dan evaluator. Sebagai demonstrator, menunjukkan cara berpakaian dengan rapi, sopan dan islami, berbicara dengan baik, menjawab salam, serta menunjukkan cara agar setiap materi yang di ajarkan dapat dipahami siswa, sebagai pengelola kelas, guru mengatur tempat duduk siswa, mengatur jadwal siswa memimpin doa, melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan kebersihan atau piket kelas. Sebagai mediator, guru menyediakan media yang siswa butuhkan. Sebagai fasilitator, guru memfasilitasi kebutuhan siswa. Sebagai evaluator, guru tematik melakukan penilaian tes dan non tes. Adapun nilai religius dan sikap sosial yang di tanamkan di SDS Islam Al-Furqon Panaraga jaya yaitu; Nilai Ibadah, Nilai Ruhul Jihad, Nilai kedisiplinan, adapun sikap sosial yang di tanamkan yaitu: jujur, didiplin, percaya diri, tanggung jawab, santun dan peduli. Kata Kunci : Peran Guru, Nilai Religius, Sikap Sosial iii ABSTRACT Thesis research was carried out at Al-Furqon Panaragan Jaya Islamic Private Elementary School, Central Tulang Bawang District, West Bawang Bone District, with problems about the role of teachers in instilling religious values and social attitudes of students, this is in the background of students who are not fluent in reading, some students who when writing still need direction from the teacher, Students who are still learning iqro', play games during prayer, lack respect for teachers, disturb, and still do dishonorable deeds. The type of research used was qualitative descriptive. The data collection methods are interviews, observations, documentation. For data analysis using data reduction, data display, and verification, test the validity of the data using credibility tests by triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that teachers carry out their roles as demonstrators, class managers, mediators, facilitators and evaluators. As a demonstrator, show how to dress neatly, politely and Islamically, speak well, answer greetings, and show how to make every material taught can be understood by students, as a class manager, teachers arrange student seating, arrange student schedules leading prayers, involve students in cleaning activities or class pickets. As mediators, teachers provide the media students need. As facilitators, teachers facilitate students' needs. As evaluators, thematic teachers conduct test and non-test assessments. The religious values and social attitudes instilled in Sekolah Dasar Swasta Islam Al-Furqon Panaragan jaya are; The value of worship, the value of the spirit of jihad, the value of discipline, as for the social attitudes instilled, namely: honest, disciplined, confident, responsible, polite and caring.
