Abstract

ABSTRAK Anak korban bullying adalah anak yang mendapatkan suatu bentuk intimidasi, ancaman atau paksaan dari orang lain yang mengakibatkan anak merasa tertekan, sehingga menimbulkan luka fisik maupun psikis. Korban bullying bisa terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja pada anak-anak, terutama pada lingkungan sekolah, oleh sebab itu tindakan bullying perlu diturunkan dan dicegah untuk mengurangi angka kasus bullying yang terjadi.Tujuan penenlitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan pendekatan ralitas terhadap pemulihan psikis anak korban bullying di UPTD PPA (Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data diambil berdasarkan pada ungkapan apa yang telah didapat berupa kata dan gambar. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu 37 anak korban bullying dan diambil 3 anak sebagai data dengan menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling atau pengambilan data dengan pertimbangan tertentu serta 3 konselor dan 1 tim pendamping anak korban bullying. Jadi jumlah keseluruhan data peneliti berjumlah 4 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan hasil penelitian, maka proses pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan pendekatan realitas terhadap pemulihan psikis anak korban bullying di UPTD PPA (Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) Provinsi Lampung yang dilakukan oleh konselor menggunakan 3 tahapan : 1) Tahap awal yang bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan antara konselor dengan anak korban bullying, menanyakan setiap permasalahn korban, mengidetifikasi masalah korban serta menanyakan perasaan yang korban alami dan merefleksi korban yang bertujuan agar korban merasa dimengerti. 2) Tahap Pertengahan yaitu tahap inti atau tahap kerja pada proses konseling individu, pada tahap ini konselor memberikan arahan dan bimbingan bagi korban bullying,konselor lebih memahami keadaan dan perasaan korban, konselor juga melakukan proses terapi realitas untuk pemulihan psikis korban bullying yang mengalami trauma akibat tindakan bullying yang korban terima, konselor membantu korban menyembuhkan baik luka jiwa maupun fisik. 3)Tahap akhir konselor menyimpulkan setiap masalah korban, selanjutnya melakukan evaluasi proses konseling serta mengakhiri sesi konseling. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa Konseling Individu Dengan Pendekatan Realitas menunjukan hasil bahwa anak korban bullying sudah mampu berintraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya serta dapat meminimalisir rasa trauma yang dialami oleh anak korban bullying. Victims of bullying can happen anytime and anywhere to children, especially in the school environment, from the cases that occurred the author wanted to examine the extent to which the UPTD PPA (Protection of Women and Children) of Lampung Province provided attention and protection to children who were victims of bullying and assisted in recovery. psychic. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of individual counseling with a realistic approach to the psychological recovery of children who were victims of bullying at the UPTD PPA (Protection of Women and Children) of Lampung Province. This study uses qualitative methods, with the type of field research (field research). In this study, data collection was taken based on what expressions had been obtained in the form of words and pictures. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and documentation, the data sources from this study were 37 children who were victims of bullying and 3 children were taken as data using a purposive sampling technique or data collection with certain considerations as well as 3 counselors and 1 team accompanying children who were victims of bullying . So the total number of research data is 4 people. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of the research results, the process of implementing individual counseling with a reality approach to the psychological recovery of children who are victims of bullying at the UPTD PPA (Protection of Women and Children) of Lampung Province which is carried out by counselors uses 3 stages: 1) The initial stage aims to build a relationship between the counselor and the child victims of bullying, asking and identifying any problems the victim has, and reflecting on the victim which aims to make the victim feel understood. 2) The middle stage or work stage in the individual counseling process with a reality approach, the counselor provides direction and guidance, the counselor here invites the victim to focus more on the future and learn to forget past events, by exploring the behavior of the victim giving direction to understand the victim every time the events that occur can come from himself, heal psychological and traumatic feelings in victims.3) The final stage of the counselor concludes every problem of the victim, then evaluates the counseling process and ends the counseling session. The conclusion in this study is that Individual Counseling with a Reality Approach to the Psychological Recovery of Children Victims of Bullying at UPTD PPA (Protection of Women and Children) in Lampung Province, cannot fully minimize the feeling of trauma experienced by victims but with individual counseling with a reality approach at UPTD PPA this counselor. Counselors assist victims in their psychological recovery so that victims are able to understand their potential to achieve the expected happiness.
