Abstract
ABSTRAK Permasalahan lingkungan akibat limbah kemasan perlu diatasi. Sudah banyak restoran/café yang akrab dengan pengemasan menggunakan produk hijau: sustainable packaging dalam usaha restoran/café yang sedang dijalankan untuk meminimalisir sampah kemasan sebagai upaya mendukung pengembangan green economy. Kota Bandar Lampung memiliki potensi dalam bidang usaha kuliner dan masih ditemukannya penggunaan kemasan yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Adanya potensi kuliner dan permasalahan kemasan yang diguankan dapat dijadikan peluang untuk menganalisa pengembangan green econmy dengan implementasi produk hijau berupa sustainable packaging. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi sustainable packaging dan Pengembangan green economy pada sektor kuliner lokal Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sustainable packaging dan Pengembangan green economy pada sektor kuliner lokal Kota Bandar Lampung berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian field research dan termasuk kedalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitianini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor kuliner lokal Kota Bandar Lampung telah mengimplementasikan sustainable packaging dalam mendukung pengembangan green economy. Namun penggunaannya belum menyeluruh karena kendala pengetahuan dan pendanaan. Meskipun demikian, pengembangan green economy melalui produk hijau: sustainable pacakaging sudah terjadi pada sektor kuliner Kota Bandar Lampung, terutama melalui penggunaan paper pacakaging. Pengunaan kemasan berkelanjutan ini juga sudah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah yaitu: Prinsip Tauhid, Prinsip Khalifah, dan Prinsip Keadilan Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Green Economy, Produk Hijau, Sustainable Packaging, Prinsip Ekonomi Syariah. ABSTRACT The environmental problem caused by packaging waste needs to be addressed. Many food and beverage providers are familiar with using green products: sustainable packaging in their restaurant/café businesses to minimize packaging waste and support the development of the green economy. The city of Bandar Lampung has potential in the culinary industry, yet environmentally unfriendly packaging is still being used. The potential in the culinary industry and the issue of packaging can be seen as an opportunity to analyze the development of the green economy through the implementation of green products, specifically sustainable packaging. The research problem in this study is how the implementation of sustainable packaging and the development of the green economy in the local culinary sector of Bandar Lampung City is based on the principles of Islamic economics. This research aims to explore the implementation of sustainable packaging and the development of the green economy in the local culinary sector of Bandar Lampung City based on the principles of Islamic economics. This study is a field research and falls under descriptive qualitative research, utilizing primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the local culinary sector in Bandar Lampung City has implemented sustainable packaging to support the development of a green economy. However, its usage is not yet comprehensive due to knowledge and funding constraints. Nevertheless, the development of the green economy through green products, specifically sustainable packaging, has already occurred in the culinary sector of Bandar Lampung City, particularly through the use of paper packaging. The use of sustainable packaging also adheres to the principles of Islamic economics, such as the principles of Tawhid, Khalifah, and Justice .
