Abstract
ABSTRAK Model pembelajaran sangat efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Diketahui bahwa di UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat, pendidik sudah menerapkan berbagai model pembelajaran yang bervariatif, akan tetapi motivasi belajar peserta didik masih rendah. Oleh karena itu diperlukan model pembelajaran yang dapat mengaktifkan motivasi peserta didik, salah satunya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining. Model pembelajaran ini lebih efektif meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Rumusan masalah yang peneliti dapatkan adalah apakah penerapan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas V pada mata di UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat? Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Model penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimen dan peneliti memilih desain penelitian bentuk pretest-posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 peserta didik. Pengambilan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, Kelas VA sebagai kelas eksperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining dan kelas VB sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran Mind Mapping. Metode teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan metode angket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Student Facilitator And Explaining terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas V di UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar peserta didik yang masih rendah, peserta didik mengalami kejenuhan pada saat kegiatan belajar mengajar dan pasifnya peserta didik saat bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh pendidik. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas V di UPT SD iii N 9 Lambu Kibang Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji-t yang telah dilakukan pada nilai pretest dan posttest maka nilai sig (2-tailed) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining. Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Student Facilitator And Explaining Terhadap Motivasi Belajar. iv ABSTRACT The learning model is very effective in an effort to increase the learning activity of students when learning takes place. It is known that at UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, educators have implemented various learning models, but students' learning motivation is still low. Therefore, a learning model is needed that can activate the motivation of students, one of which is by using the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model. This learning model is more effective in increasing students' learning motivation. The formulation of the problem that the researchers got was whether the application of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model could increase the learning motivation of fifth grade students in the eyes of UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency? Carried out at UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research model is Quasy Experiment and the researcher chose the research design in the form of pretest-posttest. The population in this study were 46 students. Taking the experimental class and control class using cluster random sampling technique, Class VA as the experimental class uses the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model and class VB as the control class uses the Mind Mapping learning model. The data collection technique method is using the questionnaire method. This study aims to determine the effect of the Student Facilitator And Explaining Model on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. The problem in this study is that students' learning motivation is still low, students experience boredom during teaching and learning activities and students are passive when asking and answering questions given by the teacher. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model on the learning motivation of fifth grade students at UPT SD N 9 Lambu Kibang, Tulang Bawang Barat Regency. Based on the calculation of the t-test that has been carried out on the pretest and posttest values, the value v of sig (2-tailed) <0.05 is 0.000 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of students' learning motivation by using the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model.
