Abstract
ABSTRAK Keterampilan dasar mengajar adalah keterampilan khusus yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru untuk membantunya dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada peserta didiknya. Keterampilan dasar mengajar diperlukan agar dapat melaksanakan ataupun mengimplementasikan berbagai strategi maupun metode pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu setiap guru baik guru sertifikasi maupun guru non sertifikasi wajib menguasai keterampilan dasar mengajar agar kegiatan pembelajaran dapat berjalan efektif dan efesien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan dasar mengajar antara guru sertifikasi dan non sertifikasi di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif komparatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan wawancara. Setelah data nilai dikumpulkan kemudian dilakukan pengolahan menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh bahwa thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel (5,008 > 2,021), hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan keterampilan dasar mengajar antara guru sertifikasi dengan guru non sertifikasi di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci : Guru Sertifikasi dan Non Sertifikasi, Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar iv ABSTRACT Teaching skills are special skills that must be possessed by a teacher to assist him in delivering learning materials to his students. Teaching skills are needed in order to able to implement various strategies and learning methods. Therefore, every teacher both certification and non-certification teacher is required to master teaching skills so that learning activities can run effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in teaching skills between certification and non-certification at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is comparative quantitative research, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and interview. After the value data is collected then processing is carried out using statistical analysis, namely normality test, homogeneity test and t test. Based on the result of the t test, it is obtained that tarithmetic bigger than ttabel (5,008 > 2,021), this means that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. So it can be concluded that there are differences in teaching skills between certification teachers and non-certification teachers at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung.
