Abstract

PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENGALAMAN MENGAJAR TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SD SE-KECEMATAN LEMONG PESISIR BARAT ABSTRAK Oleh ERLY RAHMAWATI Keberhasilan guru dalam proses pembelajaran sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja guru sebagai pendidik. Kinerja adalah prestasi kerja, pelaksanaan kerja, pencapaian kerja, hasil kerja atau unjuk kerja. Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Faktor internal yaitu dorongan untuk bekerja, tanggung jawab terhadap tugas, dan minat terhadap tugas. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu penghargaan atas tugas, peluang untuk berkembang, perhatian dari kepala sekolah, hubungan interpersonal sesama guru, adanya pelatihan, kelompok diskusi terbimbing, dan layanan perpustakaan. Kinerja guru merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di sekolah atau madrasah dan bertanggung jawab atas peserta didik di bawah bimbingannya dengan meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian kuantitatif berwujud bilangan (skor, peringkat, atau frekuensi).Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan korelasional untuk mencari ada tidaknya pengaruh antara pelatihan dan pengalaman mengajar terhadap kinerja guru di SD Se-Kecamatan Lemong yang terdiri 16 Sekolah Dasar dengan jumlah guru 179 dan mengambil 64 guru sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikasi thitung sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman mengajar dengan kinerja guru di SD se-Kecamatan Lemong Pesisir Barat dengan sumbangan efektif variabel pelatihan guru tersebut sebesar 21,2%. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman mengajar guru dengan kinerja guru di SD se-Kecamatan Lemong Pesisir Barat dengan sumbangan efektif variabel pengalaman mengajar guru tersebut sebesar 16,3%. Analisis regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikasi Fhitung sebesar 0,000 kurang dari 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan dengan kinerja guru di SD se- Kecamatan Lemong Pesisir Barat. Berdasarkan pengaruh tersebut menginformasikan bahwa semakin baik pengalaman mengajar guru menjadikan kinerja guru di SD se-Kecamatan Lemong Pesisir Barat juga meningkat. Sebaliknya semakin buruk pengalaman mengajar guru maka semakin rendah pula kinerja guru. Sumbangan efektif kedua variabel bebas tersebut sebesar 26,7%. Performance is work performance, work implementation, work achievement, work results or performance. Performance is influenced by external factors and internal factors. Internal factors are the drive to work, responsibility for the task, and interest in the task. While external factors are appreciation for assignments, opportunities for development, attention from the principal, interpersonal relationships among teachers, training, guided discussion groups, and library services. Teacher performance is the ability of a teacher to carry out learning tasks in schools or madrasas and is responsible for students under his guidance by increasing student learning achievements. This study uses quantitative methods. The data in quantitative research is in the form of numbers (scores, rankings, or frequencies). Meanwhile, the approach used is a correlational approach to find out whether there is an influence between training and teaching experience on teacher performance in elementary school in district of Lemong which consists of 16 elementary schools with 179 teachers. and took 64 teachers as a sample. The results showed that the significance value of tcount was 0.000 less than 0.05. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship between teaching experience and teacher performance in elementary schools throughout the District of Lemong Pesisir Barat with the effective contribution of the teacher training variable being 21.2%. There is a significant effect between the teacher's teaching experience and the teacher's performance in elementary schools throughout the District of Lemong Pesisir Barat with the effective contribution of the teacher's teaching experience variable of 16.3%. Multiple regression analysis shows that the significance value of Fcount of 0.000 is less than 0.05. There is a significant effect between training and teacher performance in elementary schools throughout the District of Lemong Pesisir Barat. Based on this influence, informing that the better the teacher's teaching experience makes the teacher's performance in elementary schools throughout the District of Lemong Pesisir Barat also increase. On the other hand, the worse the teacher's teaching experience, the lower the teacher's performance. The effective contribution of the two independent variables is 26.7%.
