Abstract
ABSTRAK Penulis mengambil judul “pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan teknik punishment dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik di kelas XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak Lampung Selatan.” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan, kendala, dan hasil konseling individu dengan teknik punishment dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik di kelas XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian filed research dan menggunakan desain penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden mengenai pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan teknik punishment dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik di kelas XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak Lampung Selatan, sedangkan data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen dari responden. Semua data tersebut merupakan bahan-bahan untuk mendiskrisipkan konseling individu dengan teknik punishment dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan teknik punishment oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dapat mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak Lampung Selatan. Pada tahap pelaksanaan layanan konseling individu, guru bimbingan dan konseling menggunakan tahap awal, tahap inti, dan tahap akhir. 2) hambatan yang dialami oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam proses pelaksanaan layanan konseling individu yaitu antara lain keterbatasan ruangan khusus konseling yang masih bergabung dengan ruangan guru, persepsi negative peserta didik kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling, dan kurang terbukanya peserta didik atas permasalahan yang dialaminya. 3) hasil pelaksanaan konseling individu dengan teknik punishment dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI TKR di SMK YPI Al Mubarak Lampung Selatan yaitu layanan dan teknik ini mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perubahan perilaku belajar pada peserta didik, meningkatkan nilai peserta didik dan ada kemajuan pada buku absensi. This study aims to determine how the implementation, constraints, and results of individual counseling with punishment techniques in overcoming the low learning interest of students in class XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak South Lampung. This research is a qualitative research with the type of research filed research and using a qualitative descriptive research design. This research uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of individual counseling with punishment techniques in overcoming the low learning interest of students in class XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak South Lampung, while secondary data in the form of documents from respondents. All of these data are materials for describing individual counseling with punishment techniques in overcoming the low interest in learning of students. Based on the results of research that has been carried out that: 1) the implementation of individual counseling with punishment techniques by guidance and counseling teachers can overcome the low learning interest of students in class XI TKR SMK YPI Al Mubarak South Lampung. At the stage of implementing individual counseling services, guidance and counseling teachers use the initial stage, the core stage, and the final stage. 2) the obstacles experienced by guidance and counseling teachers in the process of implementing individual counseling services, namely the limitations of special counseling rooms that are still joined to the teacher's room, negative perceptions of students to guidance and counseling teachers, and the lack of openness of students to the problems they experience. 3) the results of the implementation of individual counseling with punishment techniques in overcoming the low learning interest of students in class XI TKR at SMK YPI Al Mubarak South Lampung, namely these services and techniques are able to increase student iiiinterest in learning. This is indicated by changes in learning behavior in students, increasing student scores and progress in attendance books. Keywords: Individual Counseling, Punishment Techniques, Interest in Learning
