Abstract

ABSTRACT Learning Islamic Education management can also be interpreted as managing process includes planning activities, organizing, controlling and pengevauasian activities related to the process membelajarkan the learner by including various factors in it to achieve goals. This research has formulation of problem that is: How to prepare teacher planning, organizing, implementation and Evaluation in management learning Islamic Education senior high school one and vocational high school one in Metro City? In accordance with the formulation of the above problem, the purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the ability of teachers in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating in management learning Islamic Education senior high school one and vocational high school one in Metro City in Metro City. Thus this research uses descriptive qualitative approach, with type of case study design. Techniques Data collection is done in three ways: Observation, interview and documentation. Then the data were analyzed with two stages: individual case study data and case data cross case analysis. While the data sources in this study are: principals, vice principals, teachers, employees and students. The results of this study show that: First, the basis of religious thought developed in senior high school one and vocational high school one in Metro City by practicing the values of Religion is believed and done in everyday life, and take advantage of additional hours on extracurricular activities. Second, the implementation pattern of Learning Management of Islamic Education is very unique such as, the application of religious culture in senior high school one Metro through 3 S culture (smile, greetings, greetings) and culture greetings, excuse me, sorry and thank you, completeness read and write alqur'an, dhuha, zhuhur prayers in congregation, istighosah and prayer together, the commemoration of the big days of Islam, the activities of imtaq and tadarrus alqur'an, prayers together at the beginning and end of the lesson, handshakes between school residents, the wearing of moslem clothing. Third While in vocational high school one Metro The existence of religious activities every day of great Islam such as: hold a contest of art reading alqur'an, intelligent about religious, read poetry / translation of alqur'an, prayer practice, fashion show, qurban on idhul adha, pesantren kilat di month of ramadhan and others. there is something quite unique in both schools that is consistent attitude in building mindset, especially in vocational high school one Once entering in this school student mindset have been built to culture 5 S (smile, greetings, greetings, polite and courteous) and as reward for the best people received from the many registrars in this school Keywords: Learning Management of Islamic Education, Religious Culture, School
