Abstract

ABSTRAK Konseling kelompok adalah proses pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan dalam proses konseling oleh seorang ahli atau konselor kepada beberapa individu yang tergabung dalam suatu kelompok kecil yang terdiri dalam 8-10 orang dengan mempunyai permasalahan yang sama dan membutuhkan bantuan yang bermuara pada terselesaikannya masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh segenap anggota kelompok. Adiksi merupakan suatu kondisi di mana seseorang tidak dapat mengontrol keinginan atau kebutuhan untuk melakukan suatu aktivitas. Adiksi smartphone adalah perilaku keterikatan atau kecanduan terhadap smartphone yang memungkinkan menjadi masalah sosial seperti halnya menarik diri, serta kesulitan dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari seperti memanagement waktu atau sebagai gangguan kontrol impuls terhadap diri seseorang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan media audiovisual untuk mengurangi adiksi smartphone pada siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Sidomulyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dan desain yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Designs. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah sampel 75 Siswa yang terdiri dari 38 Siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan 37 siswa kelas XI IPS 2. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket), observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil perhitungan skor rata-rata pretest Adiksi smartphone siswa kelompok eksperimen diperoleh hasil sebesar 54,2 setelah mengikuti konseling kelompok dengan media audiovisual kelompok eksperimen mengalami penurunan menjadi 71,342. Dari hasil uji non parametrik wilcoxon menggunakan SPSS versi 25 didapatkan hasil Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 pada kelompok eksperimen, dimana 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan media audiovisual efektif terhadap Adiksi smartphone Siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan kelas XI IPS 2 di SMA Negeri 1 Sidomulyo Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. ABSTRACT Group counseling is the process of providing assistance carried out in the counseling process by an expert or counselor to several individuals who are members of a small group consisting of 8- 10 people who have the same problems and need help which leads to the resolution of the problems being faced by all members of the group. Addiction is a condition where a person cannot control the desire or need to carry out an activity. Smartphone addiction is a behavior that is attached to or addicted to smartphones which can cause social problems such as withdrawal, as well as difficulties in carrying out daily activities such as time management or as a disturbance in one's own impulse control. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of group counseling using audiovisual media to reduce smartphone addiction among students at SMA Negeri 1 Sidomulyo. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental research type and the design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Designs. The population in this study was 300 students of class XI IPS with a sample size of 75 students consisting of 38 students of class XI IPS 1 and 37 students of class . From the results of calculating the average pretest score on smartphone addiction for experimental group students, the result was 54.2 after participating in group counseling with audiovisual media for the experimental group, which decreased to 71.342. From the results of the Wilcoxon non-parametric test using SPSS version 25, Asymp results were obtained. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 in the experimental group, where 0.000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that group counseling using audiovisual media is effective for smartphone addiction in class XI IPS 1 and class XI IPS 2 students at SMA Negeri 1 Sidomulyo for the 2023/2024 academic year.
