Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi dalam organisasi merupakan hal yang mengikat kesatuan organisasi. Komunikasi membantu kader dan anggota mencapai tujuan individu dan juga organisasi, merespon dan mengimplementasikan perubahan organisasi, mengoordinasikan aktivitas organisasi dan ikut memainkan peran. Keberhasilan organisasi salah satunya adalah kerja sama yang selaras dan sesuai antara pengurus organisasi dan anggota yang terlibat dalam struktur tersebut. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan rasa ukhuwah islamiyah antara pengurus PMII Rayon Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung.Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode interview sebagai metode pokok, sedangkan metode lain yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi serta menggunakan cara berfikir induktif.Dalam penelitian ini organisasi PMII Rayon Dakwah dan Ilmu K omunikasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. telah menerapkan konsep kunci menurut Goldhaber. Hal tersebut terlihat dari komunikasi vertikal antara ketua rayon dengan anggota. Dengan penerapan konsep tersebut tenyata dapat menjalin ukhuwah islamiyah atau tali persaudaraan antar ketua rayon dengan anggota begitupun sebaliknya. Dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa cara organisasi PMII Rayon Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung adalah dalam menghasilkan komunikasi yang efektif dalam organisasi adalah dengan menumbuhkan rasa persaudaraan dan kekeluargaan atas dasar ibadah karena Allah SWT. Dengan hal itu komunikasi pada organisasi organisasi PMII akan terjalin dengan baik sehingga dapat mewujudkan visi dan misi dari organisasi PMII Rayon Dakwah dan Ilmu Komunikasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Ukhuwah Islamiyah, PMII. ABSTRACT Communication in organizations is what binds the organization together. Communication helps cadres and members achieve individual and organizational goals, respond to and implement organizational changes, coordinate organizational activities and play a role. One of the successes of the organization is the harmonious and appropriate cooperation between the organizational management and the members involved in the structure. The data collection method that the author uses in this research is the interview method as the main method, while other methods used are documentation and using inductive thinking. In this research, the PMII organization of Rayon Dakwah and Communication Sciences of UIN Raden Intan Lampung has implemented the key concept according to Goldhaber. This can be seen from the vertical communication between the rayon chairman and members. With the application of this concept, it turns out that it can establish ukhuwah islamiyah or brotherhood between the rayon chairman and members and vice versa. From this research, it can be concluded that the way the PMII Rayon Dakwah and Communication Sciences organization of UIN Raden Intan Lampung is in producing effective communication in the organization is by fostering a sense of brotherhood and kinship on the basis of worship because of Allah SWT. With this, communication in the PMII organization will be well established so that it can realize the vision and mission of the PMII organization Rayon Dakwah and Communication Sciences UIN Raden Intan Lampung.
