Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perkelahian antar pelajar di SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung dan bagaimana hasil pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perkelahian antar pelajar di SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perkelahian antar pelajar di SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung dan untuk mengetahaui hasil pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perkelahian antar pelajar di SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif (field research), berdasarkan sifatnya penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Terdapat peserta didik kelas XI (EP, WA IP) dengan kelas XII (IK, AP, MAS, NA) yang melakukan perkelahian di dalam sekolah saat pulang sekolah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perkelahian antar pelajar di SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung telah terlaksana oleh guru BK dengan baik dan sangat membantu peserta didik dalam mengatasi perkelahian, dengan teknik behavior contract. Pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract yang dilakukan oleh guru BK yaitu terdapat beberapa tahapan meliputi mengidentifikasi masalah, menjelaskan perencanaan pemecahan masalah, peserta didik ditugaskan mengevaluasi untuk memecahkan masalah dengan mencari data keterangan, menarik kesimpulan, memberikan reward atau punishment. 2) Hasil pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perkelahian antar pelajar di SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung sejauh ini peserta didik yang sering terlibat perkelahian masih berproses dalam memperbaiki sikapnya, peserta didik yang berhasil diberikan reward dan peserta didik yang gagal dalam kesepakatan jangka kontrak yang melewati batas serta belum berubah diberikan konsekuensi punishment berupa pengurangan point. Namun sejauh ini proses yang dipaparkan oleh guru BK setelah dilakukannya konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract berjalan lebih iii baik serta mulai terlihat perubahan-perubahan sikap peserta didik ke arah yang diharapkan bisa lebih baik. This research aims to find out group counseling using the behavior contract technique in dealing with fights between students at SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung and to find out the results of implementing group counseling using the behavior contract technique in dealing with fights between students at SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is qualitative (field research), based on its nature, this research is descriptive using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation and observation. There were students in class XI (EP, WA IP) and class The results of this research show that 1) The implementation of group counseling using the behavior contract technique in dealing with fights between students at SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung has been carried out by the BK teacher well and really helps students in dealing with fights, using the behavior contract technique. Implementation of group counseling using the behavior contract technique carried out by the guidance and counseling teacher, namely there are several stages including identifying problems, explaining problem solving plans, students are assigned to evaluate to solve problems by looking for information data, drawing conclusions, giving rewards or punishments. 2) The results of the implementation of group counseling using the behavior contract technique in dealing with fights between students at SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung so far, students who are frequently involved in fights are still in the process of improving their attitudes, students who succeed are given rewards and students who fail to agree on the term of the contract Those who cross the limit and have not changed will be given punishment consequences in the form of point deductions. However, so far the process explained by the guidance and counseling teacher after conducting group counseling using the behavior contract technique is running better and changes in students' attitudes are starting to be seen in a direction that is expected to be better.
