Abstract

ABSTRAK Masih banyak remaja putus sekolah yang masih kebingungan dalam mengembangkan entrepreneur serta belum punya kesiapan untuk kedepannya. Harapannya dengan pembinaan ini remaja mampu mengembangkan entrepreneurship melalui program keterampilan sehingga remaja tersebut dapat menjadi pribadi yang mandiri karena sudah memiliki bekal keterampilan, serta mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. Dengan demikian, pemberian bimbingan kelompok pada remaja putus sekolah sangat diperlukan sebagai bentuk dukungan untuk membantu mereka menemukan arah dan dapat termotivasi. Remaja dapat mandiri akan karirnya bisa membuka lapangan pekerjaan sehingga tidak perlu mengandalkan pekerjaan dari orang lain karena remaja tersebut sudah memiliki bekal keterampilan. Memahami potensi terhadap diri remaja, sehingga perlu adanya penelitian mengenai bimbingan kelompok dalam mengembangkan entrepreneurship remaja putus sekolah di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Bina Remaja Raden Intan Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), pendekatan yang penulis gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan sifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jumlah seluruh remaja binaan di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Bina Remaja Raden Intan Lampung sebanyak 19 orang. Dari jumlah 19 remaja terdapat 6 orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Maka yang menjadi sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 orang. Terdiri dari 6 remaja putus sekolah, 1 pekerja sosial, dan 1 instruktur keterampilan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunkan beberapa langkah yaitu, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh Pekerja Sosil telah dilakukan dengan tahapan bimbingan kelompok yaitu : Pertama, tahap pembentukan, pada tahap ini kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memasukkan diri ke dalam kehidupan suatu kelompok. Kedua, tahap peralihan yaitu pemimpin kelompok atau peksos menjelaskan tujuan dilakukannya bimbingan kelompok, mengamati apakah anggota sudah siap menjalani pada tahap selanjutnya. Ketiga, tahap kegiatan dalam tahap kegiatan bimbingan ini terlihat metode yang digunakan yaitu diskusi dan juga tanya jawab yang dilakukan oleh peksos kepada anggota kelompok. Keempat, tahap pengakhiran kegiatan yang dilakukan, yaitu menanyakan kembali kepada anggota kelompok tentang pemahaman materi yang telah diberikan, lalu mereka diminta untuk. menyampaikan kesan dan pesan selama proses berlangsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa remaja putus sekolah di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Bina Remaja Radin Intan Lampung memiliki perubahan yang terjadi dalam keseharian mereka baik itu pola pikir, dan tindakan setelah melakukan bimbingan kelompok. Jika dilihat dari pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok di UPTD Pelayanan Sosial Bina Remaja Raden Intan Lampung dapat diketahui bahwa bimbingan kelompok yang diberikan oleh peksos berjalan dengan cukup baik, remaja sudah dapat mengembangkan entrepreneurship. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perubahan dari mereka yang sudah terbuka pikirannya, dan menerapkannya. Untuk sekarang mereka masih berproses di PSBR ini, salah satu strategi yang peksos berikan adalah mempromosikan jasa sesuai keterampilan mereka di sosial media dengan tawaran cukup membayar seikhlasnya. Bahwa dengan cara ini akan membuat remaja putus sekolah dapat mengembangkan entrepreneurship nya secara perlahan. Kata Kunci : Bimbingan Kelompok, Entrepreneurship. Remaja Putus Sekolah. ABSTRACT There are still many teenagers who have dropped out of school who are still confused about developing entrepreneurship and are not ready for the future. The hope is that with this coaching, teenagers will be able to develop entrepreneurship through skills programs so that teenagers can become independent individuals because they already have skills and develop their potential. Thus, providing group guidance to out-of-school teenagers is very necessary as a form of support to help them find direction and be motivated. Teenagers can be independent in their careers and can open up employment opportunities so they don't need to rely on work from other people because these teenagers already have the skills. Understanding the potential of teenagers, so there is a need for research regarding group guidance in developing entrepreneurship for out-of-school teenagers at the Raden Intan Lampung Youth Development Social Services UPTD. This type of research is field research, the approach the author uses is a qualitative approach with a descriptive nature. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The total number of youth assisted by the Raden Intan Lampung Youth Development Social Services UPTD is 19 people. Of the 19 teenagers, there were 6 people who met the criteria. So the primary data sources in this research were 8 people. Consisting of 6 out-of-school teenagers, 1 social worker, and 1 skills instructor. The data analysis technique in this research uses several steps, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the efforts made by Social Workers have been carried out in the stages of group guidance, namely: First, the formation stage, at this stage the activity carried out is to insert oneself into the life of a group. Second, the transition stage, namely the group leader or social worker explains the purpose of conducting group guidance, observing whether the members are ready to undergo the next stage. Third, the activity stage in this guidance activity stage shows that the method used is discussion and also questions and answers carried out by social workers to group members. Fourth, the final stage of the activities carried out, namely asking group members again about their understanding of the material that has been given, then they are asked to convey their impressions and messages during the process. Based on the results of. this research, it can be concluded that teenagers who have dropped out of school at UPTD Social Services for Youth Development Radin Intan Lampung have changes that occur in their daily lives, both in terms of thought patterns and actions after carrying out group guidance. If we look at the implementation of group guidance at the Raden Intan Lampung Youth Development Social Services UPTD, it can be seen that the group guidance provided by social workers is going quite well, teenagers are able to develop entrepreneurship. This can be seen from the changes in those who have opened their minds and implemented it. For now, they are still in the process at PSBR. One of the strategies that social workers provide is to promote services according to their skills on social media with an offer to simply pay as much as possible.
