Abstract

ABSTRAK Wilayah pesisir sebagaimana merupakan wilayah kelautan yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai objek wisata pantai serta wisata hutan mangrove diharapkan akan menjadi salah satu potensi sumber daya alam yang dapat dikelola sehingga menghasilkan output pendapatan bagi masyarakat sekitar kawasan. Namun masalah yang kerap terjadi persoalan terkait ekologi. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh implementasi ekonomi hijau dan ekonomi biru pada wilayah pesisir Provinsi Lampung pengembangan wilayah pesisir berwawasan lingkungan mengacu pada pengimplementasian konsep ekonomi hijau (green economy) dan ekonomi biru (blue economy) yang secara bersama-sama memberikan hasil yang signifikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan data berupa angka-angka yang dinilai dan dianalisis dengan analisis statistik. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam menyusun penelitian ini adalah data primer, data yang diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner serta dikumpulkan dalam waktu yang sama (cross section). Dalam penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan Software EViews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel nilai ekonomi hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan wilayah pesisir berwawasan lingkungan di provinsi Lampung. dan variabel ekonomi biru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan wilayah pesisir berwawasan lingkungan di provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan dari uji f (serempak) menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi hijau dan ekonomi biru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan wilayah pesisir berwawasan lingkungan di provinsi Lampung. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, yaitu pembangunan berkelanjutan sangat penting karena dengan pembangunan berkelanjutan maka tercipta ekonomi yang berkeadilan. Kata kunci: Ekonomi Hijau, Ekonomi Biru, dan Pengembangan Wilayah Pesisir. ABSTRACT Coastal areas, as marine areas that can be used as beach tourism objects and mangrove forest tourism, are expected to become one of the potential natural resources that can be managed so as to produce income output for the communities around the area. However, the problem that often occurs is related to ecology. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of the green economy and blue economy affects the coastal areas of Lampung Province. The development of environmentally sound coastal areas refers to the implementation of the green economy and blue economy concepts which together provide significant results.. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Quantitative research is research that uses data in the form of numbers that are assessed and analyzed using statistical analysis. The data source used in compiling this research is primary data, data obtained directly through questionnaires and collected at the same time (cross section). In this study the data was processed using EViews 10 Software. The research results show that partially, the green economic value variable has a positive and significant effect on the development of environmentally sound coastal areas in Lampung province. and the blue economy variable has a significant effect on the development of environmentally sound coastal areas in Lampung province. Meanwhile, the f test (simultaneous) shows that the green economy and blue economy together have an influence on the development of environmentally sound coastal areas in Lampung province. From an Islamic economic perspective, sustainable development is very important because with sustainable development a just economy is created.
