Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi disekolah yang baik dapat didukung oleh beberapa faktor dan indikator. Salah satu faktornya adalah konseling kelompok dengan teknik self control dimana teknik tersebut dapat mengatasi permasalahan terhadap peserta didik seperti, dan berkembang peserta didik sesuai dengan potensi. Hasil pra penelitian di SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik kurang menghargai waktu dalam pembelajaran, kurang menghargai teman dan guru saat pembelajaran berlangsung, serta kecanduan game online mengakibatkan menurunnya prestasi belajar atau minat belajar terhadap peserta didik. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik self control terhadap kecanduan game online peserta didik di SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan teknik self control terhadap kecanduan game online peserta didik di SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yaitu penelitian lapangan atau Field Research. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 responden peserta didik kelas XI-1 di SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung. Dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 8 peserta didik dengan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linieritas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulakn bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Konseling Kelompok dengan Teknik Self Control terdahap Kecanduan Game Online Peserta Didik di SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung dengan korelasi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah 0,529. Selain itu R2 sebesar 0,653 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Konseling Kelompok dengan Teknik Self Control, Kecanduan Game Online Peserta Didik. iii ABSTRACT In overcoming problems that occur in good schools, several factors and indicators can be supported. One of the factors is group counseling with self-control techniques where these techniques can overcome problems for students such as, and develop students according to their potential. The results of pre-research at SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung showed that students did not value time in learning, did not respect friends and teachers during learning, and were addicted to online games resulting in decreased learning achievement or interest in learning for students. With the problem formulation, namely whether there is an influence of group counseling with self�control techniques on online game addiction of students at SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of group counseling with self-control techniques on online game addiction of students at SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a research approach, namely field research. Meanwhile, the population in this study was 34 respondents from class XI-1 students at SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung. And the research sample used was 8 students using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests and linearity tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression techniques. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between Group Counseling and Self Control Techniques on Online Game Addiction of Students at SMAN 11 Bandar Lampung with the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable being 0.529. Apart from that, R2 is 0.653 at a significance level of 5%. this research. Keywords : Counseling Group with Self Control Techniques, Students' Online Game Addiction.
