Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyuluh pertanian lapangan berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara penyedia informasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan kebutuhan petani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1)Untuk mengetahui peran penyuluh pertanian lapangan sebagai penggerak ekonomi Desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Anak Tuha Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. 2) Untuk mengetahui peran penyuluh pertanian lapangan sebagai penggerak ekonomi Desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Anak Tuha Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian secara langsung atau disebut dengan penelitian lapangan (field research). Sifat penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis dalam kajian ini adalah bersifat Deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Pengurus masing�masing kelompok tani desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Anak Tuha Kabupaten Lampung Tengah 2) Anggota kelompok tani 3 orang dari masing-masing poktan yang aktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Observasi, wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran peynuluh pertanian lapangan di Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Anak Tuha membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi petani, seperti pengadaan bibit yang berkualitas, penyediaan pupuk, pengadaan mesin bajak dan membantu meringankan kesulitan modal yang dihadapi petani dan melakukan pendampingan saat pertemuan kelompok tani dan memberi masukan dalam menangani masalah yang dihadapi petani. Di lihat dari prinsip-prinsip ekonomi dalam Islam yaitu prinsip tauhid, prinsip bekerja dan produktifitas, dan prinsip tolong menolong (ta‟awun) bahwa setiap berusaha bekerja mencari rizki harus sesuai dengan akidah Islam yang telah ditentukan oleh Allah dan senantiasa selalu mengharapakan ridho dari Allah SWT agar mendapatkan keberuntungan di dunia dan diakhirat. Kata kunci : Penyuluh pertanian lapangan, kesejahteraan, ekonomi Islam. ABSTRACT Field agricultural instructors function as a bridge between providers of scientific and technological information and the needs of farmer.. The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the role of field agricultural instructors as drivers of the village economy towards the welfare. 2) To determine the role of field agricultural instructors as drivers of the village economy towards the welfare of the Tanjung Harapan village community, Anak Tuha District, Central Lampung Regency from an Islamic economic perspective. The research used is direct research or is called field research. The nature of the research conducted by the authors in this study is descriptive in nature. Samples in this study: 1) The management of each farmer group. 2) Members of the farmer group 3 people from each farmers who are active during extension activities and understand their duties and responsibilities as members of farmer groups in Tanjung Harapan village, Anak Tuha subdistrict, Central Lampung regency. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are the role of field agricultural instructors in Tanjung Harapan, Anak Tuha District, to help with the problems faced by farmers, such as procuring quality seeds, providing fertilizer, procuring plow machines and helping to alleviate the capital difficulties faced by farmers and providing assistance during farmer group meetings and giving input in addressing the problems faced by farmers. And judging from the economic principles in Islam, namely the principle of monotheism, the principle of work and productivity, and the principle of mutual help (ta'awun) that every time you try to work to find sustenance must be in accordance with the Islamic creed that has been determined by Allah and always hope for blessings from Allah SWT to get good luck in the world and the hereafter.
