Abstract

ABSTRAK Radikalisme adalah paham yang pendapatnya merasa yang benar, paling shahih dan pendapat orang lain salah. Radikalisme menolak kebenaran yang datang dari luar kelompoknya. Lebih dari sekedar pemikiran, radikalisme melahirkan prilaku kekerasan seperti pembunuh diri dan perilaku teror seperti yang terjadi beberapa waktu lalu di indonesia. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung melakukan upaya agar siswa/siswinya terbebas dari paham radikalisme dengan melakukan upaya preventif. Atas dasar itulah penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan sifat penelitian deskripstif kualitatif. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan konseling dan siswa yang dianggap mewakili. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa di MTS Al�Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung yaitu Teknik dan langkah-langkah yang ditempuh oleh guru BK dalam menangkal radikalisme: 1) konselor sebagai pendidik dalam rangka mempersiapkan diri agar menjadi pendidik yang professional adalah dengan melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi (kuliah lagi), 2) Konselor sebagai penasehat terlebih dahulu memberikan nasehat-nasehat bijak seperti memberitahu perilaku perilaku yang baik ataupun orang-orang sukses agar dapat diteladani siswa. 3) konselor sebagai pembimbing guru membimbing siswa agar mencapai target pembelajaran yang telah ditentukan. Sepertinya, saat menyampaikan materi tentang hadits tolong menolong yang targetnya siswa harus mampu melakukan tindakan tersebut di lingkungan sekolah . 4) konselor sebagai model teladan Guru BK tentu harus mampu menjadi teladan bagi siswanya. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa peran konselor dalam menanggulangi radikalisme di Mts sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan yang sudah dijelaskan dalam teori dan mampu menanggulangi terjadinya radikalisme di sekolah. Radicalism rejects truth that comes from outside the group. More than just thoughts, radicalism gives birth to violent behavior such as suicide and terror behavior as happened some time ago in Indonesia. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung makes efforts to ensure that its students are free from radicalism by carrying out preventive efforts. It is on this basis that this research is important to carry out. This type of research is field research with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. Primary data sources were obtained from school principals, guidance and counseling teachers and students who were considered representative. Secondary data was obtained from books, journals and relevant previous research results. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was found that at MTS Al�Hikmah Kedaton Bandar Lampung, namely the techniques and steps taken by guidance and counseling teachers to ward off radicalism: 1) counselors as educators in order to prepare themselves to become professional educators is to continue their education to a higher level. higher (going to college again), 2) The counselor as an advisor first gives wise advice such as telling good behavior or successful people so that students can emulate them. 3) counselors as teacher guides guide students to achieve predetermined learning targets. It seems that when delivering material about the hadith of helping each other, the target is that students must be able to carry out these actions in the school environment. 4) Counselor as an exemplary model Counseling teachers must of course be able to be role models for their students. The results of this research state that the role of counselors in overcoming radicalism at MTS has been carried out well in accordance with what has been explained in theory and is able to overcome the occurrence of radicalism in schools.
