Abstract

ABSTRAK PELAKSANAAN KONSELING INDIVIDU DENGAN MENGGUNAKANTEKNIK BEHAVIOR CONTRACTUNTUK MENGURANGI PERILAKU MEMBOLOS SEKOLAH KELAS VIII DI MTS MA’ARIF NU 14 SIDOREJO LAMPUNG TIMUR TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024 Oleh Diah Istiqomah Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya peserta didik yang membolos sekolah. Terdapat 2 peserta didik yang menjadi fokus peneliti untuk dilakukannya pembinaan atau bimbingan melalui konseling individu. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseling behavioral dengan teknik yaitu teknik Behavior Contract dengan harapan dapat mengubah perilaku yang tidak sesuai menjadi perilaku yang sesuai terhadap peraturan tata tertib sekolah. Dan diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku membolos sekolah peserta didik. Karena hal ini sangat berkaitan terhadap proses belajar mengajar dan keberhasilan belajar peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif Nu 14 Sidorejo Lampung Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah me nganaisis proses kedisiplinan peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif Nu 14 Sidorejo dan menganalisis pelaksanaan konseling individu menggunakan teknik behavior contract untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos peserta didik kelas VII MTs Ma’arif Nu 14 Sidorejo Lampung Timur. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif merupakan suatu bentuk penenlitian yang di tujukan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian yaitu peserta didik yang melanggar peraturan tata tertib sekolah dimana terfokus pada peserta didik yang membolos sekolah. Sample yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII MTs Ma’arif Nu 14 Sidorejo Lampung Timur. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa konseling individu dengan teknik behavior contract untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos peserta didik di MTs Ma’arif Nu 14 Sidorejo Lampung iii Timur telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun masih perlu ditingkatkan agar dapat meminimalisir peserta didik yang membolos. There were 2 students who were the focus of the researchers for coaching or guidance through individual counseling. This research uses a behavioral counseling approach with a technique, namely the Behavior Contract technique, with the hope of changing inappropriate behavior into behavior that is in accordance with school rules and regulations. And it is hoped that it can change students' school truancy behavior. Because this is very related to the teaching and learning process and the learning success of students at MTs Ma'arif Nu 14 Sidorejo East Lampung. The aim of this research is to analyze the disciplinary process of students at MTs Ma'arif Nu 14 Sidorejo and analyze the implementation of individual counseling using behavior contract techniques to reduce the truancy behavior of class VII students at MTs Ma'arif Nu 14 Sidorejo, East Lampung. In this research, researchers used qualitative and descriptive methods. Descriptive research is a form of research aimed at describing existing phenomena. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The research object is students who violate school rules and regulations, which focuses on students who skip school. The sample in this research was class VIII students at MTs Ma'arif Nu 14 Sidorejo East Lampung. From the results of this research, it is known that individual counseling using the behavior contract technique to reduce students' truancy behavior at MTs Ma'arif Nu 14 Sidorejo East Lampung has been implemented well.
