Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH TRANSISI KURIKULUM SEKOLAH TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU PAI DI SMAN 2 GEDONG TATAAN PESAWARAN Oleh Adisti Novita Guru yang memiliki standar di anggap mampu mengembangkan proses pembelajaran pada suatu pendidikan . Kompetensi pendidikan merupakan kompetensi yang berkaitan langsung dengan penguasaan disiplin ilmu pendidikan dan ilmu lain yang berkaitan dengan tugasnya sebagai guru. pendidikan tidak dapat terlepas dari kurikulum , guna untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan di indonesia penyempurnaan kurikulum terus di lakukan . Perubahan dan penyempurnaan kurikulum tersebut terus di lakukan hingga saat ini . Kurikulum merupakan sesuatu yang telah di rancang untuk belajar. Dengan perkembangan saat ini, fokus pada optimalisasi potensi peserta didik. Kurikulum merupakan kunci kelancaran pendidikan karena berkaitan erat penentuan arah dan proses pendidikan, penentuan mutu dan jenjang suatu lembaga pendidikan. Program tersebut meliputi perencanaan pendidikan dan pelaksanaannya, baik di dalam kelas, di lingkungan sekolah maupun dalam lingkup sosial dan nasional. Perubahan kurikulum sekolah merupakan upaya lain untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Karakteristik emosional peserta didik merupakan tanda mulai munculnya perkembangan identitas remaja yang memiliki kecenderungan untuk berfikir tentang apa yang berkecamuk dalam benak mereka sendiri dan mengkaji diri sendiri. Karakteristik intelektual, kemampuan belajar rerutama memahami meggali materi dan informasi masing-masing peserta didik tenntu tidak sama , ada peserta didik yang cepat belajar dan mampu memahami materi ada juga peserta didik yang lambat dan perlu di bimbing secara bertahab dalam belajar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Transisi kurikulum sekolah terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMAN 2 Gedong tataan iii pesawaran.Penelitian di laksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Gedung Tataan Pesawaran yang beralamatkan di desa taman sari, kecamatan gedong tataan kabupaten pesawaran lampung dengan kode post 35371. Penelitian ini di laksanakan dilembaga pendidikan pada guru pendidikan agama islam dan guru waka kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang akan di peroleh langsung dari penyebaran angket dan wawancara di lapangan. Sedangkan data sekunde di peroleh dari hasil observasi, dokumentasi, dokumentasi kegiatan sekolah yang ada di SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran. Hasil penelitian yang di laksanakan di SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran tentang pengaruh transisi kurikulum sekolah dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI, dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka penulis memperoleh kesimpulan yaitu: Terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi transisi kurikulum sekolah dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran yang diperoleh dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi dinyatakan sebesar 0,686. Kemudian dikuadratkan maka diperoleh hasil 0,4705, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya hubungan antara kompe-tensi kepribadian guru PAI terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah sebesar 47,05%, yang termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Berdasarkan hitungan tabel t dengan alpha 0,05, nilai t-tabel diperoleh 0,367. Karena nilai t hitung 6,860 t tabel 0,367 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga artinya terdapat Pengaruh transisi kurikulum sekolah terhadap kompe-tensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran. Educational competence is a competence that is directly related to the mastery of educational disciplines and other sciences related to his duties as a teacher. education cannot be separated from the curriculum, in order to achieve educational goals in Indonesia curriculum improvements continue to be made. Changes and improvements to the curriculum continue to be made to date. The curriculum is something that has been designed for learning. With current developments, the focus is on optimizing the potential of students. The curriculum is the key to smooth education because it is closely related to determining the direction and process of education, determining the quality and level of an educational institution. The program includes educational planning and implementation, both in the classroom, in the school environment and in the social and national scope. Changes to the school curriculum are another effort to improve the quality of education. The emotional characteristics of learners are a sign of the emergence of adolescent identity development which has a tendency to think about what is going on in their own minds and examine themselves. Intellectual characteristics, the ability to learn, especially to understand the material and information of each learner is not the same, there are learners who learn quickly and are able to understand the material there are also learners who are slow to learn. Based on this, the purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the school curriculum transition on the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMAN 2 Gedong tataan pesawaran. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Gedung Tataan Pesawaran which is located in the village of taman sari, gedong tataan v sub-district, pesawaran lampung district with a post code of 35371. This research was conducted in educational institutions on Islamic religious education teachers and curriculum deputy teachers. This research uses quantitative methods the type of research is quantitative. The data collection techniques will be obtained directly from distributing questionnaires and interviews in the field. While secondary data is obtained from observation, documentation, documentation of school activities in SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran. The results of the research conducted at SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran about the effect of school curriculum transition with the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers, and the data analysis that has been done, the authors obtained the following conclusions: There is a relationship between the competence of the school curriculum transition with the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran obtained from the calculation of the correlation coefficient stated at 0.686. Then squared, the result is 0.4705, so it can be concluded that the magnitude of the relationship between the personality competence of PAI teachers on student discipline is 47.05%, which is included in the strong category. Based on the calculation of the t table with alpha 0.05, the t-table value is obtained 0.367. Because the calculated t value is 6.860 t table 0.367, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it means that there is an influence of the school curriculum transition on the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMA N 2 Gedong Tataan Pesawaran.
