Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam penelitian ini terdapat harga saham yang fluktuatif dan adanya pengaruh kebijakan deviden sebagai variabel moderasi yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan rasio ROA, ROE, EPS dan DER terhadap harga saham dan menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan variabel moderasi dalam pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan rasio ROA, ROE , EPS dan DER terhadap harga saham pada Bank yang terdaftar pada BEI periode tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data pada penelitian diperoleh melalui membaca literatur, buku, jurnal, artikel, skripsi, thesis, disertasi dan data yang diperoleh pada laporan keuangan tahunan Bank yang terdaftar pada BEI periode tahun 2019-2023. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 11 Bank yang yang terdaftar pada BEI periode tahun 2019-2023 yang dapat dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ROA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, ROE berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, EPS berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, dan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan uji hipotesis variabel moderasi dengan menggunakan MRA diperoleh hasil bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh ROA terhadap harga saham, kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh ROE terhadap harga saham, kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh EPS terhadap harga saham, dan kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh DER terhadap harga saham. ABSTRACT In this study there are fluctuating stock prices and the influence of dividend policy as a moderating variable that can affect stock prices. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance as measured by the ratios ROA, ROE, EPS and DER on stock prices and analyze the effect of moderating variable policies in the effect of financial performance as measured by the ratios ROA, ROE, EPS and DER on stock prices at banks listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2023. This research is a study using a quantitative approach. Data on research obtained through reading literature, books, journals, articles, theses, theses, dissertations and data obtained on the annual financial statements of Banks listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. In this study using purposive sampling technique, so that 11 banks listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period were obtained which could be used as research samples. The results of this study are ROA has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, ROE has a negative and significant effect on stock prices, EPS has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, and DER has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. While testing the hypothesis of moderation variables using MRA, the results show that dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of ROA on stock prices, dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of ROE on stock prices, dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of EPS on stock prices, and dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of DER on stock prices.
